运用心理情景剧改善高中生人际交往障碍的研究

【摘要】:人际交往是个体社会需要的重要组成部分。人与人之间常发生各种形式的交往。通过交往,人们相互联系,相互接触,相互影响。对于中学生来讲,人际交往更是个很重要的事情。中学生正处在生理和心理还不完全成熟的阶段,对于世界的认识刚刚形成自我的观念,人际交往往往会对他们的学习、生活等方面造成较大的影响。人际交往对于人类社会的发展史非常重要,人类文明的一切前提是建立在人类交往的基础之上,是合作展开的第一步。人际交往能力实际上包含了人类的性格品质和行为习惯等多方面的内容。作为一个现代公民来讲,要想在社会取得基本的生存及发展权利,那么人际交往是第一个必须掌握的技能之一。本研究尝试将心理情景剧应用于干预高中生人际交往障碍的团体辅导之中,通过学生扮演当事人或由当事人的行动表现出来的创造性心理健康活动,借助舞台呈现他们的心理问题,在心理老师和全体参与演员及观众的帮助下,学会应对和正确处理心理问题。通过采用心理剧的理念和技术方法,主角独白、角色扮演、空椅技术、具象化练习等心理情景剧技术,针对高中生的人际交往障碍实施辅导研究,使用心理情景剧对南京地区高中学校的20名存在人际交往障碍的高中生进行为期十次的心理情景剧干预实验。实验分为对照组和实验组,实验组进行干预,对照组进行控制,通过收集干预前后的相关问卷和自评量表以及干预后的个案访谈记录,探讨并研究实验的改善效果。心理情景剧有助于高中学生在角色体验中自觉学习到心理健康知识,掌握心理调适方法,在潜移默化中改善学生人际交往问题。通过实验结果评估,本次研究获得了一些研究成果:团体辅导取得了辅导效果,帮助高中生改善了人际交往障碍,促进了他们的心理健康发展;实验结果表明,心理情景剧能够有效缓解高中生具有的交往恐惧、自卑、嫉妒、自我中心等不良情感导致的人际交往障碍问题,有助于培养高中生在交际时情感的运用能力,正确处理人际关系。研究可知,心理情景剧是高中生心理健康教育的普及与深化的一种有效形式,它避免了枯燥的灌输式教育,使学生们在角色体验中自觉学习到心理健康知识,掌握心理调适方法,从而弥补了高中生心理健康教育中的不足,使心理健康教育更加完备,更加立体化和深入化。
[Abstract]:Interpersonal communication is an important part of individual social needs. Various forms of communication often occur between people. Through communication, people contact each other, and influence each other. For middle school students, interpersonal communication is a very important thing. Middle school students are in the stage of not being fully mature in physiology and psychology. The understanding of the world has just formed their own concept, and interpersonal communication will have a great impact on their study, life and so on. Interpersonal communication is very important to the development of human society. The premise of human civilization is based on human communication, which is the first step of cooperation. The interpersonal ability actually contains the human character quality and the behavior habit and so on many aspects content. As a modern citizen, in order to obtain the basic right of existence and development in society, interpersonal communication is one of the first skills that must be mastered. This study attempts to apply psychological sitcom to the group counseling which interferes with high school students' interpersonal barriers, and through the students acting as the party or by the action of the person involved in the creative mental health activities. With the help of the stage to present their psychological problems, with the help of the psychological teachers, all the actors and the audience, they learn to deal with and deal with the psychological problems correctly. By adopting the concept and technical method of psychological drama, leading character monologue, role-playing, empty chair technology, concrete practice and other psychological sitcom techniques, the study is conducted on the interpersonal barriers of high school students. A psychological sitcom intervention experiment was conducted on 20 high school students with interpersonal difficulties in Nanjing high school. The experiment was divided into two groups: the control group and the control group. The improvement effect of the experiment was studied by collecting the relevant questionnaires and self-rating scale before and after the intervention and the interview records of the cases after the intervention. Psychological sitcom is helpful for high school students to consciously learn mental health knowledge in their role experience, master psychological adjustment methods, and improve students' interpersonal communication problems in the process of imperceptible change. Through the evaluation of the experimental results, this study has obtained some research results: group counseling has achieved counseling effects, helped high school students to improve their interpersonal barriers, and promoted their mental health development. Psychological sitcom can effectively alleviate the interpersonal obstacles caused by bad emotions such as fear of communication, inferiority complex, jealousy, self-centeredness and so on, which can help to cultivate the ability of high school students to use emotion in communication. Handle interpersonal relationships correctly. The study shows that psychological sitcom is an effective form of popularizing and deepening mental health education of high school students. It avoids boring education and makes students consciously learn mental health knowledge in their role experience. Mastering the method of psychological adjustment can make up for the deficiency in the mental health education of senior high school students, and make it more complete, more three-dimensional and more in-depth.
