国外儿童照料工作者同情疲劳研究述评

【摘要】：国外对儿童照料工作者同情疲劳的研究主要包括同情疲劳相关概念、测量量表、影响因素以及应对与干预等四个方面。虽然国外对于儿童照料工作者同情疲劳有了相当数量的研究,但是依然存在相关概念界定模糊、概念模型及测量工具有待改进的问题;对于儿科护士和儿童保护及福利工作者的研究相对较多,而对于特殊教育教师同情疲劳的研究仍然相当有限,需要引起足够的重视;儿童照料工作者同情疲劳影响因素的研究存在诸多不一致的结论,对于其中因果关系的探究以及同情疲劳管理及干预项目有效性的研究需要采用更多纵向研究设计,实施追踪研究。
[Abstract]:The research on sympathy fatigue of child care workers abroad mainly includes four aspects: the concept of sympathy fatigue, measuring scale, influencing factors, coping and intervention. Although there has been a considerable amount of research on sympathy fatigue of child care workers abroad, there are still some problems such as fuzzy definition of related concepts, conceptual models and measuring tools that need to be improved; There are more researches on paediatric nurses and child protection and welfare workers, but the research on compassion fatigue of special education teachers is still very limited. There are many inconsistent conclusions in the research on the influencing factors of child care workers' sympathy fatigue. The research on causality and the effectiveness of compassion fatigue management and intervention projects need to adopt more longitudinal research designs. Carry out tracking research.
