道家认知疗法对大学生抑郁情绪的干预

【摘要】:本研究的目的是,在了解大学生抑郁情绪的发展现状及生成机制上,以道家认知疗法为基础,设计出团体辅导干预方案,通过前期筛选对具有抑郁情绪的大学生进行干预,以矫正他们不良行为和不适宜的认知观念,达到预防和干预的目的,在干预活动结束后,通过量表收集他们的反馈信息来检验干预效果。具体的研究方法是选用认知情绪调节量表、抑郁自评量表及正负性情绪量表作为筛选和评价工具,在团体辅导活动前先进行访谈及问卷评估,综合访谈及得分选取出合适的干预对象共20名,并将其分为实验组及对照组各10人,后期对实验组的10名学生进行道家认知疗法干预,对照组只在前期和后期做问卷测评不接受干预,在整个活动结束后,通过问卷及成员的自我反馈,综合数据分析,从不同的角度对此次干预的效果进行检验。综合数据结果表明,经过本次团辅干预,实验组的大学生抑郁情绪有显著性降低,此外结合团体领导者的观察、团体成员的自我评价,一致表明,以道家认知疗法为基础设计的团体辅导活动能有效干预大学生抑郁情绪。本研究结论为:1、以道家认知疗法为基础设计的干预活动能够在一定程度上降低大学生抑郁情绪得分。2、通过成员反馈,此次干预还在一定程度上提升了大学生正性情绪认识,学会用跟多积极的方式思考问题,一定程度上改善了消极的认知方式。3、本研究所设计出的道家认知疗法团辅辅导干预方案具有可操作性和有效性,可以作为干预大学生抑郁情绪的方案进行参考。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study is to design a group counseling intervention program based on Taoist cognitive therapy in order to understand the development and mechanism of depression among college students. In order to correct their bad behavior and improper cognition, and to achieve the purpose of prevention and intervention, the effect of intervention was tested by collecting their feedback information through the scale after the intervention. The specific research method is to select cognitive emotion regulation scale, self-rating depression scale and positive and negative emotion scale as screening and evaluation tools, and conduct interviews and questionnaire evaluation before group counseling activities. 20 subjects were selected by comprehensive interview and score, and divided into experimental group (n = 10) and control group (n = 10). 10 students in the experimental group were treated with Taoist cognitive therapy at the later stage. The control group only did questionnaire evaluation in the early and late stages and did not accept the intervention. After the whole activity was over, the effect of the intervention was tested from different angles through the questionnaire and the self-feedback of the members and the comprehensive data analysis. The comprehensive data showed that the depression of the experimental group was significantly reduced after the intervention. In addition, combined with the observation of group leaders, the self-evaluation of group members showed that, Group counseling designed on the basis of Taoist cognitive therapy can effectively interfere with depression of college students. The result of this study is: 1. The intervention designed on the basis of Taoist cognitive therapy can reduce the score of depression mood of college students to a certain extent. Through feedback from members, the intervention also improves the cognition of positive emotion of college students to a certain extent. Learning to think in a more positive way has improved the negative cognitive style to some extent. The Daoist cognitive therapy group assisted intervention program designed by this research is feasible and effective. It can be used as a reference for the intervention of depression in college students.
