自我觉察对大五人格假设相似性与自评—他评一致性的调节作用研究

【摘要】:背景对他人做出评价是日常社交生活中一个重要的组成部分,作为一种评价方式可以应用于许多自评不易准确判断的领域。已有研究表明自我表露与自我觉察密切相关,自我表露与他评所需要的信息的质和量有关,同时自我觉察作为个体特质的一部分也影响他评的准确性。目的通过研究自我觉察对大五人格假设相似性和自评-他评一致性的调节作用,以了解人际沟通的不同方式,为提高他评准确性提供数据支持。方法使用大五人格10项目量表中文版(TIPI-C)和自我觉察量表中文版问卷(SCS-C),在河南省两所高校和河北省一所高校发放问卷。采用整群方便取样方法及循环设计收集数据。共发放问卷240份,有效数据215份。采用皮尔逊相关分析及分层回归方法。运用SPSS19.0对数据进行处理。结果1、现在大学生私我意识得分低于7年前大学生私我意识得分,而公我意识得分高于7年前大学生公我意识得分,社交焦虑差异不大。2、宜人性、责任心及神经质维度存在假设相似性;大五人格五个维度均存在自评-他评一致性。3、在大五人格假设相似性上:外倾性维度,自我觉察三维度无显著主效应和调节作用;宜人性维度,公我意识存在显著负主效应和调节效应,其它两个维度无;责任心维度,公我意识存在显著负向调节效应,社交焦虑存在显著负向主效应,私我意识无;神经质维度,社交焦虑存在显著负向主效应,其它两个维度无;知识开放性维度,公我意识存在显著负向调节作用,其它两个维度无。4、在大五人格自评-他评一致性上:外倾性维度,私我意识存在显著负向主效应和正向调节作用,公我意识存在显著正向调节作用,社交焦虑无;宜人性维度,公我意识存在显著负向主效应,其它两个维度无;责任心维度,私我意识存在显著正向调节作用,社交焦虑存在显著负向调节作用,公我意识无;神经质维度,社交焦虑存在显著负向调节作用,其它两个维度无;知识开放性维度,自我觉察三维度无显著主效应和调节作用。结论与七年前相比,大学生私我意识降低,公我意识提高。大学生在宜人性、责任心及神经质维度倾向于将个体特质投射到他人身上;在大五人格五个维度均表现明显自评-他评一致性。公我意识影响个体对他人责任心的评价,高公我意识个体在责任心、宜人性及知识开放性不易将个人特质投射到他人身上;社交焦虑影响个体对他人神经质的评价。公我意识影响个体表达宜人性,且提高外倾性自评-他评一致性;私我意识影响个体表达外倾性,且提高外倾性和责任心自评-他评一致性;社交焦虑影响责任心和神经质自评-他评一致性。
[Abstract]:Background Evaluation of others is an important part of daily social life. As an evaluation method, it can be used in many fields where self-evaluation is difficult to judge accurately. Previous studies have shown that self-disclosure is closely related to self-awareness, and self-disclosure is related to the quality and quantity of information needed by others to evaluate, and self-perception, as a part of individual traits, also affects the accuracy of his assessment. Objective to study the role of self-awareness in regulating the similarity of personality hypothesis and self-evaluation consistency in order to understand the different ways of interpersonal communication and to provide data support for improving the accuracy of his assessment. Methods the Chinese version of Big five Personality scale 10 (TIPI-C) and the Chinese version of Self-perception scale (SCS-CX) were used to distribute questionnaires in two universities in Henan Province and one university in Hebei Province. Cluster convenient sampling method and cyclic design were used to collect data. A total of 240 questionnaires and 215 valid data were sent out. Pearson correlation analysis and stratified regression method were used. SPSS 19.0 was used to process the data. Results 1. The scores of private consciousness of college students are lower than those of college students seven years ago, while the scores of public self consciousness are higher than those of college students seven years ago. The difference of social anxiety is not significant. 2. There are hypothetical similarities in the dimensions of responsibility and neuroticism, self-evaluation and consistency in the five dimensions of Big five Personality. In the similarity of Big five Personality hypothesis: extroversion dimension, three dimensional self-awareness has no significant main effect and regulating effect; In the dimension of human nature, the consciousness of public self has significant negative subjective effect and adjustment effect, while the other two dimensions have no significant negative adjustment effect, the sense of responsibility, the consciousness of public self has significant negative adjustment effect, the social anxiety has significant negative effect of main body, and the consciousness of private self has no significant effect. Neuroticism dimension, social anxiety has a significant negative main effect, the other two dimensions have no; knowledge openness dimension, public consciousness has a significant negative regulatory role, The other two dimensions have no .4. in the consistency of the self-evaluation of the Big five Personality: extroversion dimension, private consciousness has significant negative main effect and positive adjustment effect, public self consciousness has significant positive adjustment function, social anxiety is not; The consciousness of public self has a significant negative effect on the principal, but the other two dimensions have no; the dimension of responsibility, the consciousness of private self has a significant positive adjustment effect, the social anxiety has a significant negative effect of regulation, the consciousness of public self has no effect; the dimension of neuroticism, There was significant negative adjustment in social anxiety, but no significant adjustment in the other two dimensions, while the open dimension of knowledge and the three dimensions of self-awareness had no significant main effect and regulating effect. Conclusion compared with seven years ago, college students' consciousness of private self is lower and the consciousness of public self is higher. College students tend to project individual traits to others in the dimensions of suitably human nature, responsibility and neuroticism, while in the five dimensions of Big five personality, they all show obvious self-evaluation and consistency. The public self consciousness affects the individual's evaluation of the responsibility of others, the high public self consciousness of the individual in the sense of responsibility, pleasantness and openness of knowledge is difficult to project personal traits to others, and social anxiety affects the individual's evaluation of others' neuroticism. The public self consciousness influences the individual to express the suitably human nature, and improves the extroversion self-evaluation-he evaluation consistency, the private self consciousness influences the individual expression extroversion, and enhances the extroversion and the responsibility self-evaluation-he appraisal consistency; Social anxiety affects responsibility and neuroticism self-assessment-he evaluates consistency.
