桂西地区五年制高职生的心理健康、主观幸福感与应对方式研究

【摘要】:为了更好地了解桂西地区五年制高职生的心理健康状态,本研究使用了三个测量工具,即症状自评量表(SCL-90)、青少年主观幸福感量表和应对方式问卷,进行测试。研究的结论如下:1.桂西地区五年制高职生的心理健康水平状况桂西地区五年制高职生心理症状得分均显著低于全国常模,他们拥有更健康心理。五年制高职生在心理症状的强迫、焦虑和恐怖因子上存在性别差异;五年制高职生的心理症状的焦虑和恐怖因子在是否独生子女上存在显著差异;五年制高职生在心理症状的各个因子上存在年级差异;五年制高职生在心理症状的强迫、抑郁、焦虑、敌对和恐怖因子上存在专业差异。绝大多数桂西地区五年制高职生对自身的整体生活感满意,桂西地区五年制高职生有较多的积极情感。五年制高职生在自由满意度、积极情感和消极情感上存在性别差异;五年制高职生的学业满意度和消极情感在是否独生子女上存在显著差异;五年制高职生在家庭满意度、学校满意度、学业满意度和环境满意度上存在家庭居住地差异;五年制高职生的学校满意度、学业满意度和环境满意度在是否学生干部上存在显著差异。桂西地区五年制高职生应对方式优先采用解决问题,最后采用自责。五年制高职生在应对方式的合理化因子上存在性别差异;五年制高职生在应对方式的自责、幻想、退避和合理化因子上存在家庭居住地差异;五年制高职生的解决问题和求助因子在是否学生干部上存在显著差异;五年制高职生在应对方式的自责、幻想、退避和合理化因子上存在年级差异。2.桂西地区五年制高职生心理健康、主观幸福感与应对方式的关系研究结果桂西地区五年制高职生生活满意度与心理症状存在显著负相关,消极情感与心理症状存在显著正相关;解决问题、自责、幻想、退避和合理化因子与心理症状存在显著正相关;解决问题和求助因子与生活满意度存在显著正相关,自责、幻想、退避和合理化因子与生活满意度存在显著负相关,解决问题和求助因子与积极情感存在显著正相关,除这两个因子外,应对方式的另外四个因子与消极情感存在显著正相关。桂西地区五年制高职生环境满意度和学业满意度对心理症状具有负性预测,消极情感对心理症状具有正性预测,自责因子对心理症状具有正性预测。桂西地区五年制高职生主观幸福感是其积极应对方式与心理健康之间的完全中介变量,桂西地区五年制高职生主观幸福感是其消极应对方式与心理健康之间的部分中介变量。结合桂西地区五年制高职生的现实条件和研究结论,本研究有针对性地提出了一些心理健康教育建议,希望能帮助其认识自己,提高心理素质,健康快乐成长,从而为五年制高职学生的班级管理提供帮助。
[Abstract]:In order to better understand the state of mental health of five-year vocational college students in western Guangxi, this study used three measuring tools, namely symptom Checklist (SCL-90), subjective Well-being scale (SWB) and coping style questionnaire. The conclusion of the study is as follows: 1. Mental health status of five-year vocational college students in western Guangxi the scores of psychological symptoms of five-year vocational college students in western Guangxi are significantly lower than the national norm and they have more healthy psychology. There are gender differences in psychological symptoms compulsion, anxiety and phobic factors in five-year vocational college students, and significant differences in anxiety and phobic factors of psychological symptoms among five-year vocational college students in terms of whether the only child is the only child. There are grade differences in the factors of psychological symptoms among five-year vocational college students, and professional differences in compulsion, depression, anxiety, hostility and phobic factors in psychological symptoms of five-year vocational college students. The majority of five-year vocational college students in western Guangxi are satisfied with their overall life, and the five-year vocational students in western Guangxi have more positive feelings. There are significant differences between five year vocational college students in terms of freedom satisfaction, positive emotion and negative emotion, significant difference in academic satisfaction and negative emotion in the only child, family satisfaction in five-year vocational college students, and significant difference in academic satisfaction and negative emotion in five-year vocational college students. There were significant differences in school satisfaction, academic satisfaction and environmental satisfaction, and there were significant differences in school satisfaction, academic satisfaction and environmental satisfaction between students and cadres. The five-year higher vocational students in western Guangxi first adopt the solution to the problem, and finally adopt self-blame. There are gender differences in the rationalization factors of coping style for five-year vocational college students, and differences in family residence in coping style self-reproach, fantasy, retreat and rationalization factors for five-year vocational college students. There are significant differences in solving problems and asking for help factors in students' cadres in five-year vocational college students, and grade differences exist in coping style self-reproach, fantasy, retreat and rationalization factors of five-year vocational college students. Study on the relationship between Mental Health, subjective Well-being and coping style of Five-year Vocational College students in Western Guangxi; the result shows that there is a significant negative correlation between life satisfaction and psychological symptoms, and a significant positive correlation between negative emotion and psychological symptoms. The factors of problem solving, self-reproach, fantasy, avoidance and rationalization were positively correlated with psychological symptoms, and the factors of problem solving and seeking help had significant positive correlation with life satisfaction. The factors of avoidance and rationalization were negatively correlated with life satisfaction, problem solving and help-seeking were positively correlated with positive emotion, and the other four factors of coping style had significant positive correlation with negative emotion. Environmental satisfaction and academic satisfaction of five-year vocational college students in western Guangxi have negative prediction of psychological symptoms, negative emotions have positive prediction of psychological symptoms, and self-blame factors have positive prediction of psychological symptoms. The subjective well-being of five-year vocational college students in western Guangxi is the complete intermediary variable between their positive coping style and mental health, and the subjective well-being of five-year vocational college students in western Guangxi is part of the intermediary variable between their negative coping style and mental health. Combined with the practical conditions and research conclusions of five-year vocational college students in western Guangxi, this study puts forward some suggestions for mental health education, hoping to help them understand themselves, improve their psychological quality, and grow up healthily and happily. In order to provide help for the class management of five-year higher vocational students.
