内向和外向大学生情绪调节内隐态度的实验研究

【摘要】:研究目的:实验1采用自编的情绪调节版内隐联想测验(ER-IAT)来研究内向和外向大学生情绪调节内隐态度是否具有差异性。实验2研究不同诱发情绪是否会对内向和外向大学生情绪调节内隐态度产生影响。研究方法:采用《内倾和外倾问卷》进行调查,筛选出内向和外向大学生各60名。实验1运用自编的情绪调节版内隐联想测验(ER-IAT)对内向和外向大学生进行施测,探讨内向和外向大学生情绪调节内隐态度的差异性;实验2用两段电影片段诱发内向和外向大学生的消极情绪和积极情绪,再运用情绪调节版内隐联想测验(ER-IAT)来探讨内向和外向大学生情绪调节内隐态度是否会受到不同诱发情绪的影响。研究结论:通过两个实验获得以下主要结论: (1)不同性别大学生情绪调节内隐态度不存在显著性差异。 (2)内向大学生对情绪控制持有积极的内隐态度,外向大学生对情绪表达持有积极的内隐态度。 (3)相比男内向大学生,女内向大学生对情绪表达的内隐态度较为积极。不同性别外向大学生情绪调节内隐态度不存在显著性差异。 (4)女大学生情绪调节内隐态度在两种诱发情绪后积极程度均下降,诱发消极情绪的影响较大。男大学生情绪调节内隐态度没有受到两种诱发情绪的影响。 (5)内向大学生情绪调节内隐态度在诱发消极情绪后积极程度上升,诱发积极情绪后没有变化;诱发消极情绪的影响较大。外向大学生情绪调节内隐态度在两种诱发情绪后积极程度均下降,但影响没有显著性差异。
[Abstract]:Objective: in experiment 1, the implicit association test (ER-IAT) was used to study the differences between introverted and extroverted college students. In experiment 2, we studied whether different induced emotions had an effect on implicit attitude of introverted and extroverted college students. Methods: an introverted and extroverted questionnaire was used to select 60 introverted and extroverted college students. In experiment 1, the implicit association test (ER-IAT) was used to investigate the difference of implicit attitude between introverted and extroverted college students. In experiment 2, two movie clips were used to induce negative and positive emotions of introverted and extroverted college students. Then the implicit association test (ER-IAT) was used to explore whether the implicit attitude of emotion regulation in introverted and extroverted college students was affected by different induced emotions. Conclusion: the main conclusions are as follows: (1) there is no significant difference in implicit attitude of emotion regulation among different genders; (2) there is a positive implicit attitude towards emotional control in college students. Extroverted college students have positive implicit attitude towards emotional expression. (3) female introverted college students have a more positive implicit attitude towards emotional expression than male introverted college students. There was no significant difference in implicit attitude of emotion regulation between different genders. (4) the positive degree of implicit attitude of emotion regulation in female college students decreased after two kinds of induced emotion, and the influence of induced negative emotion was greater. The implicit attitude of emotion regulation of male college students was not affected by two kinds of induced emotion. (5) implicit attitude of inner regulation of emotion in college students increased positively after inducing negative emotion, but did not change after inducing positive emotion; The influence of inducing negative emotion is greater. The positive degree of implicit attitude of emotion regulation in extroverted college students decreased after two kinds of emotion induction, but there was no significant difference between them.
