《心理学专业学生从事朋辈心理咨询工作的胜任力量表》编制

【摘要】:近年来,国内的心理咨询行业发展十分迅速。目前国内的心理咨询师队伍的来源大致可以分为两种:经过系统专业训练的心理学专业毕业生和通过社会机构进行培训的咨询师。学校作为专业心理咨询工作者培育的主要阵地,在心理咨询师队伍的建设中起着非常重要的作用。学校的专业教育水平直接决定了未来咨询师队伍的专业性。了解学生的心理咨询胜任力,能够给学校的专业教育提供很多参考,有利于进一步完善学校的专业教育。本研究选取学校心理学专业的学生作为研究对象,通过细致深入的访谈,详细了解心理学专业学生从事心理咨询工作的成功及失败案例,反复整理访谈资料,探索心理学专业学生在从事心理咨询工作时必须具备的胜任力特征,,编制心理咨询专业学生从事心理咨询工作的胜任力量表,并将量表施测与心理学专业学生,归纳出结论如下: 第一,质性访谈的结果显示,心理学专业学生从事心理咨询的胜任力特征为:共情、耐心、自我认识、尊重、观察力、资料收集、专业知识掌握以及度职业的热爱。通过文献分析与访谈分析,将这八个胜任力特征归为三类: 核心胜任力:自我认识、对职业的热爱 个人特质:共情、耐心、尊重 职业技能:观察力、资料收集、专业知识的掌握 第二,通过Cronbach系数的考察结果表明根据质性访谈编制的《心理学学生从事朋辈心理咨询工作的胜任力量表》信度良好;通过对量表的内容效度和结构效度的考察,证实量表同时具有良好的效度。 第三,通过对所编制的问卷进行探索性因子分析,其结果和编制量表时的理论构想基本上是吻合的,说明质性研究的理论构建是有效和可靠的。 第四,质性访谈所确定的八大胜任特征可作为研究心理学学生从事心理咨询的胜任力的可靠理论依据。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the domestic psychological counseling industry is developing very rapidly. At present, there are two kinds of psychological counselors in our country: the graduates of psychology who are trained systematically and the counselors who are trained through social institutions. As the main position of professional psychological counsellors, school plays a very important role in the construction of psychological counselors. The professional education level of the school directly determines the professionalism of the future consultants. Understanding students' psychological counseling competence can provide a lot of reference for the professional education in schools, which is helpful to further improve the professional education in schools. This research selects the psychology major student of the school as the research object, through the meticulous in-depth interview, the detailed understanding psychology major student is engaged in the psychological consultation work the success and the failure case, arranges the interview material repeatedly, To explore the competency characteristics of psychology major students when they are engaged in psychological counseling, to compile the competency scale for psychological counseling students, and to test the scale with psychology major students. The conclusions are summarized as follows: first, the results of qualitative interviews show that psychological students' competence in psychological counseling is: empathy, patience, self-awareness, respect, observation, data collection. Professional knowledge and professional love. Through literature analysis and interview analysis, the eight competency characteristics are classified into three categories: core competence: self-awareness, love of the profession, personal traits: empathy, patience, Respect for vocational skills: observation, data collection, mastery of professional knowledge, second, The results of Cronbach coefficient showed that the competency scale for Psychological students engaged in Peer Psychological Counseling based on qualitative interviews had good reliability, and the content validity and structural validity of the scale were investigated. It was proved that the scale had good validity at the same time. Thirdly, through the exploratory factor analysis of the questionnaire, the results are basically consistent with the theoretical conception when the scale is compiled, which shows that the theoretical construction of qualitative research is effective and reliable. Fourth, the eight characteristics of competence determined by qualitative interviews can be used as a reliable theoretical basis for the competence of psychological students in psychological counseling.
