情绪智力与创造性关系研究

【摘要】:情绪智力与创造性的关系已得到了不同角度的研究,但目前仍未达成共识。本研究在对已有研究进行理论梳理的基础上,围绕当前情绪智力和创造性的研究进展,首先采用心理测量方法从人格角度初步检验情绪智力与创造性倾向的相关关系。同时,情绪不仅与情绪智力紧密相关,而且也是促使个体潜在的创造性转化为现实的创造性行为及成果的重要动力因素,但无意识情绪在情绪智力和创造性之间的作用尚未得到探讨。基于此,本研究进一步采用阈下启动情绪的方式,以顿悟的原型启发理论为指导,探讨情绪智力和无意识情绪对创造性问题解决的影响。 本研究以情绪智力量表(EIS)和威廉姆斯创造性倾向量表为实验工具,汉语字谜和中国化面孔情绪图片系统(CFAPS)为实验材料,采用“原型字谜学习——阈下诱发情绪——问题字谜测试”三阶段实验范式,以无意识情绪为调节变量,考察情绪智力与创造性的关系。 研究一采用问卷调查法对123名被试的情绪智力和创造性倾向的关系进行研究,并初步探讨情绪智力对创造性的影响。结果发现情绪智力与创造性倾向显著相关,情绪智力的维度情绪运用对创造性倾向的解释力最大,并且高情绪智力组的创造性倾向得分显著高于低情绪智力组。研究二采用实验室研究法考察情绪智力的高低在无意识情绪效价诱发条件下对创造性问题解决的影响,结果发现:1)情绪智力水平对创造性问题解决有显著影响,高情绪智力问题解决效率显著高于低情绪智力;2)无意识情绪效价对创造性问题解决有显著影响,无意识消极情绪影响最大,无意识积极情绪次之,无意识中性情绪影响最小。3)情绪智力和无意识情绪对创造性问题的解决有显著交互作用。 综上,情绪智力与创造性倾向显著相关;情绪智力水平对创造性问题解决有显著影响,但这种影响受到无意识情绪的调节。鉴于研究的技术限制,研究结论还有待未来深入研究检验。
[Abstract]:The relationship between emotional intelligence and creativity has been studied from different angles, but there is still no consensus. Based on the theoretical analysis of the previous studies and the current research progress of emotional intelligence and creativity, this study uses the psychological measurement method to examine the correlation between emotional intelligence and creative tendency from the perspective of personality. At the same time, emotion is not only closely related to emotional intelligence, but also an important motive factor to promote the individual's latent creativity into realistic creative behavior and achievement. However, the role of unconscious emotion in emotional intelligence and creativity has not been explored. Based on this, this study further studies the influence of emotional intelligence and unconscious emotion on creative problem solving under the guidance of archetypal heuristic theory of epiphany. In this study, the emotional Intelligence scale (EIS) and Williams Creative disposition scale were used as experimental tools, and Chinese crossword puzzles and Chinese face emotion Picture system (CFAPS) were used as experimental materials. In this paper, the relationship between emotional intelligence and creativity was investigated by using the three-stage experimental paradigm of "prototype puzzle learning-subthreshold elicited emotion-question puzzle test" and using unconscious emotion as the regulating variable. In the first study, the relationship between emotional intelligence and creative tendency of 123 subjects was investigated by questionnaire, and the influence of emotional intelligence on creativity was preliminarily discussed. The results showed that the emotional intelligence was significantly correlated with the creative tendency, and the emotional intelligence dimension had the greatest explanatory power on the creative tendency, and the score of the high emotional intelligence group was significantly higher than that of the low emotional intelligence group. The second study investigated the influence of emotional intelligence on creative problem-solving under the condition of unconscious emotional titer. The results showed that the level of emotional intelligence had a significant effect on creative problem-solving. The efficiency of high emotional intelligence problem solving was significantly higher than that of low emotional intelligence. 2) unconscious emotion titer had significant influence on creative problem solving, unconscious negative emotion had the greatest influence on creative problem solving, unconscious positive emotion was the second. (3) emotional intelligence and unconscious emotion have significant interaction with creative problem solving. In conclusion, emotional intelligence is significantly related to creative tendency, emotional intelligence level has a significant impact on creative problem solving, but this effect is regulated by unconscious emotion. In view of the technical limitations of the research, the conclusions of the study need to be further studied and tested in the future.
