中学生羞耻感和情绪状态对自传体记忆的影响研究

【摘要】:羞耻感也称为易羞耻倾向,相关研究表明,容易产生羞耻感的人自尊和自我效能都比较低,更容易产生心理问题。羞耻感作为一个较稳定的心理特质,影响个体生活学习的各个方面。当遇到负性事件,高羞耻感的个体会进行自我否定的内部归因,就会产生自卑感,无价值感等一系列的痛苦体验。当遇到困难,他们往往采用更加消极的应对方式,如否认、逃避等。自传体记忆是与自我有关的记忆,目前,有关自传体过度概括化现象的研究主要集中在有创伤经历以及心境障碍的人身上。但是从羞耻感与焦虑、抑郁等的相关研究中我们可以发现,一个容易羞耻的人自传体记忆也可能出现过度概括化现象。中学生处在长身体长知识的关键时期,他们无论在心理上还是在行为上都不太成熟。在中学生群体中,区分那些易羞耻者和不易羞耻者,研究他们自传体记忆特点,有助于我们更加全面的了解他们,根据他们自身的一些特点,提供有针对性的教育。本文以中学生为研究对象,实验一研究了不同羞耻感个体自传体记忆的特点,实验二在区分高低羞耻感水平的基础上,研究了情绪状态对自传体记忆的影响。得出如下结论:(1)高羞耻感组个体比低羞耻感组个体自传体记忆更加概括。(2)线索词的属性对个体的自传体记忆有影响。相对于消极线索词,个体在积极线索词上的自传体记忆更加具体。(3)情绪状态主要影响个体在积极线索词上的具体记忆,积极情绪可以使个体的自传体记忆更加具体,消极情绪可以使个体的自传体记忆更加概括。个体在负性线索词上的自传体记忆不受情绪状态的影响,具有稳定性。(4)情绪状态对不同羞耻感个体自传体记忆的影响并无显著差异。
[Abstract]:Shame is also known as shame tendency. Related studies have shown that people who are prone to shame have lower self-esteem and self-efficacy and are more prone to psychological problems. As a relatively stable psychological trait, shame affects all aspects of individual life and learning. When it comes to negative events, individuals with high sense of shame will self-negate internal attribution, which will lead to a series of painful experiences, such as inferiority complex, feeling of no value and so on. When faced with difficulties, they tend to use more negative coping styles, such as denial, escape and so on. Autobiographical memory is a kind of self-related memory. At present, the study of autobiographical over-generalization mainly focuses on people with traumatic experience and mood disorder. However, from the studies of shame, anxiety, depression and so on, we can find that an autobiographical memory of a shameful person may also be over-generalized. Middle school students are in the key period of long body and long knowledge, they are not mature in both psychology and behavior. In the group of middle school students, to distinguish those who are ashamed from those who are not ashamed, to study their autobiographical memory characteristics, is helpful for us to understand them more comprehensively, and to provide targeted education according to their own characteristics. This paper studies the characteristics of individual autobiographical memory in middle school students. Experiment 2 studies the influence of emotional state on autobiographical memory on the basis of distinguishing the level of high and low shame. The conclusions are as follows: (1) the autobiographical memory in the high shame group is more general than that in the low shame group. (2) the attribute of the clue word has an effect on the autobiographical memory of the individual. Compared with negative clue words, individual autobiographical memory on positive clue words is more specific. (3) emotional state mainly affects individual specific memory on positive clue words, and positive emotion can make individual autobiographical memory more specific. Negative emotions can make individual autobiographical memory more general. Individual autobiographical memory on negative cues is not affected by emotional state and has stability. (4) the influence of emotional state on individual autobiographical memory of different shame sense has no significant difference.
