棱镜适应对小数字偏好的影响

【摘要】:数字的加工方式一直是心理学家关注的焦点,研究者在许多任务中发现健康被试对数量较小的数字存在微弱而稳定的偏好,例如数字二分任务、数字探测任务和时序判断任务等。这个现象的原因学界仍未达到统一,大量研究表明数字与空间具有紧密联系,我们推测小数字偏好形成的原因与数字的空间表征方式相关。棱镜适应最初被发现对于忽视症症状有良好的改善作用,越来越多的人使用棱镜适应作为调控空间注意的一种手段,在健康被试身上发现了感觉运动及高级认知的改变。本研究的主旨是探究棱镜适应所造成的空间注意的改变,是否可对不同任务中的小数字偏好产生影响。研究一、二、三分别采用简单探测任务、时序判断任务和同时性任务作为前后测,中间加入左偏棱镜、右偏棱镜和平光镜的适应,通过对比前后测中小数字偏好的效应量差异来探究不同方向的空间注意转移对小数字偏好的影响。结果发现,仅在简单探测任务中,(左偏)棱镜对小数字偏好有影响,这表明小数字偏好与数字的空间表征方式有关。而在时序判断任务和同时性判断任务中,棱镜适应对小数字偏好均无影响,表明棱镜适应所引发的空间表征变化对数字认知的影响存在一定的任务特异性,暗示了棱镜对涉及更多判断和决策的任务作用有限。
[Abstract]:The way in which numbers are processed has always been the focus of psychologists. In many tasks, researchers found that healthy subjects had a weak and stable preference for smaller numbers, such as digital dichotomies. Digital detection task and timing judgment task. The cause of this phenomenon is still not uniform, a large number of studies show that the number and space have a close relationship, we speculate that the formation of the small number preference is related to the spatial representation of the number. Prism adaptation was initially found to have a good effect on the symptoms of neglect. More and more people use prism adaptation as a means to regulate spatial attention and find changes in sensory movement and advanced cognition in healthy subjects. The purpose of this study is to explore whether the change of spatial attention caused by prism adaptation can affect the small number preference in different tasks. Study 1, 2, and 3 respectively using simple detection tasks, timing judgment tasks and simultaneous tasks as pre and rear tests, adding left bias prism, right deviation prism and light mirror adaptation in the middle, The effects of spatial attention shift in different directions on the preference of small numbers were studied by comparing the difference of effect quantity of the preference of small and medium numbers before and after the measurement. The results show that only in simple detection tasks, the (left-sided) prism has an effect on the preference of small numbers, which indicates that the preference of small numbers is related to the spatial representation of numbers. In the tasks of timing judgment and simultaneous judgment, prism adaptation has no effect on the preference of small numbers, which indicates that the spatial representation change induced by prism adaptation has a certain task specificity. It suggests that prism has a limited role in tasks involving more judgment and decision-making.
