郑州市不同类型医养结合养老机构老年人孤独感分析

【摘要】：目的:探讨不同类型医养结合养老机构老年人孤独感现状及其影响因素。方法:对入住郑州市不同类型医养结合养老机构老年人的孤独感及其相关影响因素进行问卷调查和分析。结果:412名调查对象的孤独感评分为(41.90±7.22),属于一般偏上孤独感。多重线性回归分析结果显示,学历(β=-0.975,P0.05)、有无医保(β=-1.183,P0.05)以及ADL评分(β=-0.088,P0.05)是老年人孤独感的独立影响因素。结论:各养老机构应提供有利于老年人身心健康的服务,从而降低其孤独感,提升其生存质量。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the status of loneliness and its influencing factors in the elderly in different types of medical and nursing institutions. Methods: the loneliness and related factors of elderly in different types of medical and nursing institutions in Zhengzhou were investigated and analyzed. Results the loneliness score of 412 subjects was (41.90 卤7.22). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that educational background (尾 -0.975), health insurance (尾 -1.183 P 0.05) and ADL score (尾 -0.088 P 0.05) were independent influencing factors of loneliness in the elderly. Conclusion: in order to reduce their loneliness and improve their quality of life, each pension institution should provide the services that are beneficial to the physical and mental health of the elderly.
