大学生生活事件与网络成瘾的关系:自我表露的调节作用

【摘要】:网络成瘾是一种在无成瘾物质条件下上网行为的冲动失控。它对大学生的学习、生活都带来了不利的影响。自我表露是指个体与他人交往时,自愿地在他人面前将自己内心的感觉和信息真实地表现出来的过程。已有研究表明,生活事件与网络成瘾之间密切相关,根据素质——应激模型的观点,心理疾病的发生总是个体自身素质和应激因素综合作用的结果。因此,本研究以大学生为研究对象,尝试从生活事件和自我表露入手综合探讨网络成瘾的发生机制。 本研究选用《青少年生活事件量表》(ASLEC)、《中文网络成瘾量表》(CIAS-R)、《痛苦表露指数量表》(DDI),对418名大学生进行问卷调查。对数据的统计分析结果发现: 第一,大学生网络成瘾水平属于中等偏下,在性别上有着显著差异,男生网络成瘾水平显著高于女生。 第二,大学生网络成瘾在专业上,工科学生显著高于文科、理科学生。 第三,大学生自我表露水平属于中等偏上,在性别上有显著差异,女生自我表露水平显著高于男生。 第四,大学生自我表露水平在年级上,大五学生显著高于大二、大三、大四学生。 第五,大学生生活事件得分与网络成瘾程度显著相关,生活事件得分与自我表露水平显著相关,自我表露水平与网络成瘾程度显著相关。 第六,大学生生活事件对网络成瘾有显著正向预测作用,,自我表露对生活事件有显著负向预测作用,自我表露水平对网络成瘾有显著负向预测作用。 第七,大学生自我表露水平在生活事件对网络成瘾程度的影响中起调节作用。
[Abstract]:Internet addiction is a kind of impulsive loss of control under the condition of non-addictive substance. It has a negative impact on the study and life of college students. Self-disclosure is a process in which individuals voluntarily express their inner feelings and information in front of others when they interact with others. According to the diathesis stress model, the occurrence of mental illness is always the result of the combination of individual quality and stress factors. Therefore, this study attempts to explore the mechanism of internet addiction from life events and self-disclosure. In this study, 418 college students were investigated by using the Adolescent Life events scale (ASLEC),) and the Chinese Internet Addiction scale (CIAS-R) and the pain Disclosure Index (DDI),). The results of statistical analysis of the data show that: first, the level of Internet addiction of college students belongs to the middle level, there is a significant difference in gender, boys' Internet addiction level is significantly higher than girls. Secondly, college students' internet addiction is significantly higher than that of liberal arts and science majors. Third, the level of self-disclosure of college students belongs to the middle level, there are significant differences in gender, girls' self-disclosure level is significantly higher than that of boys. Fourth, the level of self-disclosure of college students is significantly higher than that of sophomore, junior and senior students in grade. Fifth, the scores of college students' life events are significantly correlated with the degree of Internet addiction, the scores of life events are significantly correlated with the level of self-disclosure, and the level of self-disclosure is significantly related to the degree of Internet addiction. Sixth, college students' life events have a significant positive predictive effect on Internet addiction, self-disclosure has a significant negative predictive effect on life events, and self-disclosure level has a significant negative predictive effect on Internet addiction. Seventh, the level of self-disclosure of college students plays a regulatory role in the influence of life events on the degree of internet addiction.
