善意妒忌的内容结构及相关研究

【摘要】:善意妒忌是在社会比较中,个体因优势缺失而产生的伴有自我提升动机的负性情绪。与其他诸如愤怒、敌意等负性情绪相比,善意妒忌所包含的动机和可能引发的行为更具有建设性,因而它的存在似乎更加验证了负性情绪在进化中的适应意义。当前善意妒忌的研究才刚起步,已有的结论只是验证了它的核心特质,而未从内容结构上进行探索。因此,,探究善意妒忌的内容结构将有助于我们更深入的认识这一虽不愉快却极具正能量的负性情绪。此外,考察善意妒忌与相关变量的关系也有利于我们更好地了解这一情绪产生的机制和带来的后果。 本研究采用文献分析、访谈和问卷调查等方法对善意妒忌的内容结构及其形成机制进行了初步探讨并编制了相应的问卷。研究分两次共发放问卷800份,回收有效问卷709份,经统计得出以下结论: 一、善意妒忌问卷共包括三个维度:动机激发、情绪调适和行为意向。经验证,三因素模型拟合效果比较理想,善意妒忌问卷的信效度良好,达到心理测量学的要求,问卷的α系数为0.874,分量表的α系数分别是0.801、0.744和0.834。 二、善意妒忌的人口统计学差异。研究结果表明,性别、年龄和工作年限在善意妒忌各维度上并不存在显著差异;但受教育程度在善意妒忌的个别维度上出现了显著的差异。 三、归因风格对善意妒忌具有显著的正向预测作用(β=0.133, p0.01);乐观情境下的归因风格对善意妒忌具有显著的正向预测作用(β=0.186, p0.01);善意妒忌对工作投入具有显著的正向预测作用(β=0.542, p0.001);归因风格对工作投入具有显著的正向预测作用(β=0.177, p0.001)。 四、善意妒忌在归因风格和工作投入之间起着部分中介作用。
[Abstract]:Benign jealousy is a negative emotion associated with self-promotion motivation in social comparison. Compared with other negative emotions such as anger and hostility, the motivation and possible behavior of benign jealousy are more constructive, so its existence seems to confirm the adaptation of negative emotions in evolution. At present, the research of benign jealousy is just beginning, the existing conclusions only verify its core characteristics, but not from the content structure of exploration. Therefore, exploring the content structure of benign jealousy will help us to understand this unpleasant but extremely positive negative emotion. In addition, the study of the relationship between benign jealousy and related variables also helps us to better understand the mechanism and consequences of this emotion. In this study, literature analysis, interviews and questionnaires were used to explore the content structure and formation mechanism of benign jealousy, and the corresponding questionnaires were compiled. The study consists of 800 questionnaires and 709 valid questionnaires. The conclusions are as follows: 1. The questionnaire includes three dimensions: motivation, emotional adjustment and behavioral intention. It was verified that the fitting effect of the three-factor model was satisfactory, and the reliability and validity of the well-intentioned jealousy questionnaire were good, which met the requirements of psychometrics. The 伪 coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.874, and the 伪 coefficient of the component table was 0.8010.74 and 0.834, respectively. Second, the demographic differences of benign jealousy. The results showed that there were no significant differences between sex, age and working years in each dimension of benign jealousy, but there were significant differences in education level in individual dimensions of benign jealousy. Thirdly, attribution style had significant positive predictive effect on benign jealousy (尾 0.133, p0.01), attribution style in optimistic situation had significant positive predictive effect on benign jealousy (尾 0.186, p0.01), well-intentioned jealousy had significant positive predictive effect on job engagement (尾 0.542, p0.001). Attribution style had a significant positive predictive effect on job engagement (尾 -0.177, p 0.001). Fourthly, bona fide jealousy plays an intermediary role between attribution style and work involvement.
