运用催眠治疗技术改善儿童心理与行为问题的团体干预研究

【摘要】:催眠是一种适用于儿童常见心理与行为问题的有效治疗方式。诸多临床研究和案例报告显示,催眠可以应用于治疗儿童焦虑、行为障碍、疼痛以及其他适应症。本研究以讲述儿童催眠故事的《汤普森心理童话药书》为蓝本,在兼顾儿童具体的心理与行为问题和各种常用催眠技术的基础上进行团体方案设计。同时,为进一步扩大该方案的适用范围,研究者将如何更好地建立亲子关系的话题穿插其中。研究者采用儿童行为量表调查某省市幼儿园4至6岁儿童的心理与行为问题状况,共发放问卷400份,在去除无效问卷和没有问题的儿童后,有45份问卷的儿童被试存在不同程度和类型的心理行为问题。经联系,有意愿参加并且在时间上可以配合团体进行的家长有33人。在团体进行过程中有2名成员退出。追踪时有1份问卷未收回。本研究采用SPSS17.0统计软件对数据进行统计分析,应用一般线性模式中的重复测量来比较儿童被试在前测、后测及一个月后追踪时的量表得分差异。研究结果表明,在后测时儿童的CBCL得分与前测相比具有显著性差异,追踪时的结果显示,儿童的CBCL得分比后测时有显著降低。说明该团体方案能有效改善儿童被试的心理与行为问题状况,且在团体结束后的一个月中,该团体方案的改善效果仍然持续存在。最后,研究者根据研究结果对该团体方案的效果进行讨论,并对团体活动进行了回顾和总结。同时,也对未来的相关研究提出了具体建议。
[Abstract]:Hypnosis is an effective treatment for common psychological and behavioral problems in children. Numerous clinical studies and case reports have shown that hypnosis can be used to treat anxiety, behavioral disorders, pain, and other indications in children. Based on Thompson's Psychological Fairy Tales about Children's hypnotic Tales, this study designed a group scheme on the basis of taking into account children's specific psychological and behavioral problems and various hypnotic techniques in common use. At the same time, in order to further expand the scope of the program, researchers will better establish parent-child relationship topics interspersed. The children's behavior scale was used to investigate the psychological and behavioral problems of children aged 4 to 6 years in a province and city kindergarten. A total of 400 questionnaires were sent out, after removing invalid questionnaires and children without problems. Children with 45 questionnaires had psychological and behavioral problems of different degrees and types. After contact, willing to participate and time to cooperate with the group of 33 parents. Two members quit in the course of the group. At the time of follow-up, 1 questionnaire was not returned. In this study, SPSS17.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data, and repeated measurements in general linear model were used to compare the scale scores of children in pre-test, post-test and follow-up one month later. The results showed that there was significant difference in CBCL score between children and pre-test in post-test. The results of tracing showed that the CBCL score of children was significantly lower than that of post-test. The results show that the group scheme can effectively improve the psychological and behavioral status of the children, and the improvement effect of the group scheme is still in existence in the month after the end of the group. Finally, according to the results of the study, the effects of the group program are discussed, and the group activities are reviewed and summarized. At the same time, it also puts forward some specific suggestions for future research.
