教师冷暴力倾向问卷编制及其相关研究

【摘要】:教师冷暴力作为一个值得关注的研究领域,近年来一直有学者对其进行研究。大多数相关研究为描述性研究,探讨了教育冷暴力的现状及成因,但对教师冷暴力的测量却较少关注。本研究运用了文献分析法、访谈、问卷调查等方法自行编制了一套教师冷暴力倾向问卷,通过对南昌、合肥等地的在职初高中教师施测,收集数据,通过探索性因子分析、验证性因子分析、T检验、方差分析等统计学方法,对数据进行了处理,得到了信度、效度良好的教师冷暴力倾向问卷。探讨了教师冷暴力与职业倦怠、应对方式的关系,探讨了应对方式在职业倦怠与教师冷暴力之间的中介效应,探讨了教师冷暴力在人口学变量上的差异。结果显示:(1)教师冷暴力由三个维度构成,分别是行为冷暴力、态度冷暴力和认知冷暴力维度。(2)教师冷暴力倾向问卷的信效度分析结果表示该问卷具有良好的重测信度、同质性信度、内容效度、结构效度和效标关联效度,符合心理测量学的要求。(3)T检验和方差分析的结果表明,教师冷暴力及其各个子维度在性别、婚姻状况上与教学科目三人口统计学变量上存在显著差异。(4)职业倦怠能正向预测教师冷暴力;应对方式能负向预测教师冷暴力、消极应对方式正向预测教师冷暴力;职业倦怠通过应对方式的中介作用负向预测教师冷暴力;职业倦怠通过消极应对方式的中介作用正向预测教师冷暴力。
[Abstract]:As a research field worthy of attention, teachers'cold violence has been studied by scholars in recent years. Most of the relevant studies are descriptive studies, the current situation and causes of cold violence in education are discussed, but little attention is paid to the measurement of cold violence in teachers. This study used the methods of literature analysis, interview, questionnaire and so on to compile a set of questionnaire of teachers' cold and violent tendency. Through the survey of middle and high school teachers in Nanchang and Hefei, the data were collected, and the exploratory factor analysis was used. Confirmatory factor analysis, T test, ANOVA and other statistical methods were used to process the data and obtain the questionnaire of teachers' cold violence tendency with good reliability and validity. This paper probes into the relationship between teachers' cold violence and job burnout, coping style, the intermediary effect of coping style between job burnout and teachers' cold violence, and discusses the difference of teachers' cold violence in demographic variables. The results show that: (1) Teachers' cold violence consists of three dimensions, which are behavioral cold violence, (2) the reliability and validity of the questionnaire showed that the questionnaire had good test-retest reliability, homogeneity reliability, content validity, structural validity and correlation validity. (3) the results of T test and ANOVA showed that teachers' cold violence and its sub-dimensions were in gender. There are significant differences between marriage status and three demographic variables of teaching subjects. (4) Job burnout can positively predict teachers' cold violence; Coping styles can negatively predict teachers' cold violence, negative coping styles positively predict teachers' cold violence, job burnout negatively predicts teachers' cold violence through the intermediary function of coping styles. Job burnout positively predicts teachers' cold violence by mediating negative coping styles.
