群体内群体外人际合作与冲突的近红外光学成像研究

【摘要】:人际合作是人与人、群体与群体为达到共同目的,自觉或不自觉地相互配合的一种互动方式,人际冲突则指人与人、群体与群体因对同一目标的争夺而展开的互动方式。它们是组成人际互动的最重要形式,在人类社会中起着重要作用。在面对群体内成员和群体外成员时,人们对合作和冲突的选择存在显著差异。研究表明个体更倾向于同群体内成员合作,这对于群体利益最大化有重要作用。但目前尚不清楚与群体内外成员进行合作与冲突决策时,个体大脑皮层区域的激活情况。本研究借助近红外光学成像扫描仪(functional near-infrared spectroscopy,fNIRS),采用了经典博弈范式"懦夫博弈"(Chicken Game),对20名大学生被试在与群体内外成员完成合作和冲突任务时的皮层激活区域进行了深入探讨。结果表明:1、个体对群体内成员的合作率为57%,对群体外成员的合作率为35.16%。配对样本t检验表明个体对群体内成员的合作率显著高于群体外成员的合作率。2、个体无论对群体内成员或群体外成员进行合作和冲突选择时的反应时没有显著差异。3、重复测量方差分析表明位于通道5的右侧背外侧前额叶皮层在互动条件(群体内vs群体外)和决策策略(合作vs冲突)存在交互作用。对决策策略(冲突vs合作)进行简单效应分析发现冲突决策诱发的脑区激活存在显著的互动条件主效应,表现为群体内互动条件下冲突选择诱发的该区域激活程度显著高于群体外互动条件下冲突选择诱发的脑区激活程度;对互动条件(群体内vs群体外)进行简单效应分析发现群体外互动时大脑激活程度存在显著的决策策略主效应,表现为与群体外成员互动时,个体合作选择比冲突选择诱发更强的大脑激活。4、位于右侧额极的通道11决策策略(合作vs冲突)主效应显著,表现为个体选择合作比选择冲突诱发更强的大脑激活。5、位于右侧眶额叶皮层的通道43互动条件(群体内vs群体外)主效应显著,表现为个体同群体内成员博弈比对群体外成员博弈诱发更强的大脑激活。
[Abstract]:Interpersonal cooperation is an interactive way in which people, groups and groups cooperate with each other consciously or unconsciously in order to achieve the common purpose. Interpersonal conflict refers to the interaction between people, groups and groups because of the competition for the same goal. They are the most important form of interpersonal interaction and play an important role in human society. There are significant differences in the choice of cooperation and conflict in the face of intra-group and out-of-group members. The results show that individuals tend to cooperate with the members of the group, which plays an important role in maximizing the interests of the group. However, it is not clear that the activation of the individual cerebral cortex region in the process of cooperation and conflict decision with the members inside and outside the group. In this study, with the help of near infrared optical imaging scanner (functional near-infrared spectroscopy,fNIRS), the classical game paradigm "cowardly game" (Chicken Game), is adopted. In this paper, the cortical activation regions of 20 college students in cooperation and conflict with the members of the group and beyond were studied. The results show that: 1, the cooperation rate of individuals to the members within the group is 57 and to the members outside the group is 35.16. T test of paired samples showed that the cooperation rate of individuals to members within groups was significantly higher than that of members outside groups. 2. There was no significant difference in the response of individuals to members within or outside the group when cooperating or opting for conflict. 3. Repeated measurement variance analysis showed that the right dorsolateral prefrontal cortex located in channel 5 interacted with the interaction condition (outside the vs population within the population) and the decision-making strategy (cooperative vs conflict). The simple effect analysis of decision strategy (conflict vs cooperation) showed that there were significant interaction conditional main effects in brain activation induced by conflict decision. The activation degree of the region induced by conflict selection under intra-group interaction was significantly higher than that induced by conflict selection under out-of-group interaction. The simple effect analysis of the interaction condition (outside of the group vs) found that there was significant effect of the brain activation in the interaction between the outside group and the outside group, which was the main effect of decision-making strategy, which was the main effect when interacting with the outside group members. The main effects of channel 11 decision strategy (cooperative vs conflict) located at the right frontal pole were significant, which showed that individual selection and cooperation induced more brain activation than choice conflict. The main effect of the locus 43 interaction condition (outside the vs population) in the right orbital frontal cortex was significant, which showed that the individual had stronger brain activation than the out-of-group member game with the intra-group member game.
