基于内群体积极评价指标：道德评价重要性的验证性研究

【摘要】：近几年来,道德评价在内群体评价中的重要性逐渐受到研究者的关注,本研究通过系列研究验证在中国社会下道德评价是否作为最重要的内群体积极评价指标,以及在自然状态和发生内外群体比较的情况下,个体对内群体在道德、能力和社会性的评价上存在的特点： 研究一和研究二采用问卷调查的研究方法对研究假设进行验证,两个研究的方差分析结果均显示个体对道德的重视程度显著高于能力和社会性。但是研究二的验证性因素分析的结果显示,观测数据与假设的三因子模型的拟合度并不理想,和调整后的三因子模型拟合度更优,这可能是由于在中国的社会环境下,用于测量社会性的一些特质描述词有道德的含义。 研究三和研究四采用实验研究的方法,通过向被试提供一份虚构的调查报告,操纵不同的变量来创造不同的实验条件,观察在不同的实验条件下,被试对内群体在道德、能力和社会性的评价上的变化。研究三的结果显示道德在个体对内群体评价时最为重要,而在对外群体评价时并不重要。研究四的结果显示只有道德变量能影响群体认同水平和群体羞耻感,但是认同可以同时影响个体对群体的能力评价和道德评价。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the importance of moral evaluation has been paid more and more attention by researchers. Through a series of studies, this study verifies whether moral evaluation is the most important index of positive evaluation of internal groups in Chinese society. And in the case of a natural state and a comparison of internal and external groups, the individual is morally committed to the internal group, The characteristics of ability and sociality evaluation: the first and second studies used questionnaire to verify the hypothesis of the research. The ANOVA results of both studies show that individuals attach more importance to morality than ability and sociality. However, the results of confirmatory factor analysis in study 2 show that the fitting degree between the observed data and the hypothetical three-factor model is not ideal, and that the adjusted three-factor model is better, which may be due to the social environment in China. Some idiosyncratic descriptive words used to measure sociality have moral implications. In the third and fourth studies, by providing a fictitious investigation report to the subjects and manipulating different variables to create different experimental conditions, we observed that under different experimental conditions, the subjects' inner groups were in morality. Changes in the evaluation of competence and sociality. The results of the third study show that morality is most important in the evaluation of the internal group, but not in the evaluation of the external group. The results of the fourth study show that only the moral variables can affect the level of group identity and the sense of shame, but identity can also affect the ability of individuals to evaluate the group and moral evaluation.
