职业归因风格对大学生职业决策的影响研究
[Abstract]:Career decision-making has a profound and important impact on the career development of individuals, especially college graduates, and the way of life in the future. The career decision-making of college students is widely concerned by social scholars, educational scholars and psychology researchers. It is found from the literature that the current exploration of career decision making for college students is mainly focused on the sense of self-efficacy in career decision-making and the difficulties in career decision-making. Some scholars began to pay attention to the career decision-making process and career decision-making risk orientation of college students. Professional Attribution style refers to the individual's attribution to the causes of different events in a career situation. Previous studies have shown that college students' career attribution style has a significant correlation with career decision-making self-efficacy and career values. Using information board technology, this study explores the effects of positive and negative occupational attribution styles on career decision-making process and career decision-making risk propensity. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) time pressure affects individual career decision-making process. As time pressure increases, personal search depth decreases and search patterns change. Individuals process information in different ways under three time pressures. With the increase of time pressure, individuals change from option-based search to a combination of options and attributes. (2) career attribution style affects the career decision-making process. Occupational attribution style affects the search mode of career selection process, and the interaction between occupational attribution style and time pressure affects the search mode of career decision. The degree of satisfaction has an impact. (3) the career plan affects the risk tendency of the subjects' career decision. In the risk-taking, compromise and conservative three schemes, the risk tendency of career decision-making is the highest under the condition of compromise. (4) the frame effect affects the risk tendency of career decision-making. But it was not significant. (5) the occupational attribution style affected the risk tendency of the subjects' career selection. The risk tendency of active career attribution style subjects was significantly higher than that of negative career attribution style subjects.
