国企女工心理幸福感与生活满意度的关系研究

【摘要】:随着社会的发展,女性的社会角色越来越重要。在国有企业中,女性职工撑起了半边天,,女性心理健康及生活满意度也引起了人们的重视。本研究采用心理幸福感问卷及生活满意度量表研究国有企业女性职工心理幸福感及生活满意度的现状及相关研究,并探讨提高女性生活满意度的策略。研究结果显示:1、国有企业女性职工生活满意度处于中等偏上水平,且人口学因素在生活满意度上并无显著性差异;2、国有企业女性职工的心理幸福感指数中等偏上,在与别人积极关系这个因子上,25岁以下的国企女工比其他年龄段的女工得分要高;在自我成长因子上,46岁以上的国企女工比其他年段的女工得分要低;在个人成长和生活目标两个因子上,已婚的国企女工高于未婚的国企女工。3、国有企业女性职工心理幸福感与生活满意度之间存在显著相关。
[Abstract]:With the development of society, the social role of women is becoming more and more important. In state-owned enterprises, women workers hold up half of the sky, women's mental health and life satisfaction also attract people's attention. In this study, psychological well-being questionnaire and life satisfaction scale were used to study the current situation and related research of psychological well-being and life satisfaction of female employees in state-owned enterprises, and the strategies to improve women's life satisfaction were discussed. The results show that: 1, the life satisfaction of female employees in state-owned enterprises is at the middle level, and the demographic factors have no significant difference in life satisfaction; (2) the psychological well-being index of female employees in state-owned enterprises is higher than that of other women workers. In the factor of positive relationship with others, the female workers under 25 years old have higher scores than those of other age groups. In terms of self-growth factors, the scores of female workers over 46 years old were lower than those in other age groups. In the two factors of personal growth and life goal, married female workers were higher than unmarried female workers. 3. There was a significant correlation between psychological well-being and life satisfaction of female workers in state-owned enterprises.
