医专新生适应性的量化与质化研究
[Abstract]:It is a very important subject for college students to adapt to college life, especially for the freshmen in medical colleges, which is not only related to their physical and mental health, but also to the smooth development of their life. This study is based on medical colleges and universities, in-depth understanding of the medical college freshmen adapt to college life and influencing factors, and based on the results of the study, put forward corresponding education suggestions. In order to make medical college freshmen better adapt to college life and improve the level of mental health. In this paper, quantitative and qualitative studies are used to study the adaptability of medical college freshmen. At first, the author used the questionnaire to test all the freshmen of Cangzhou Medical College, totally 3426 people participated in the survey, 3324 valid questionnaires were collected, and the effective recovery rate was 97.02%. After understanding the mental health status of the freshmen as a whole, the demographic variables such as gender, single parent, non-only child, town and township area, and so on, were analyzed and summarized. Then, 5 students selected from the qualified subjects were interviewed in a semi-structured in-depth interview. The interview content was transformed into text by recording, and the qualitative analysis of the text was carried out using the theory of taking root. This paper summarizes the characteristics of medical college freshmen, the condition of poor adaptation and the factors influencing the students' good adaptation. The conclusions of this study are as follows: first, according to the scoring and screening criteria of the College Personality questionnaire, the screening rates of the first, second, and third types of students are 11.40,27.95 and 60.65, respectively. The results show that the mental health level of freshmen in medical colleges is basically in the normal distribution, but it is still not optimistic. Second, the current medical college freshmen mainly have the following problems: (1) difficult to adapt to the environment, interpersonal tension; (2) weak emotional fluctuations; (3) lack of self-confidence, worry about the future; (4) obvious physical and mental symptoms. Third, there are significant differences between single-parent and non-single-parent families on key item 8 (their own past and their families are unfortunate). Fourthly, the maladjustment of freshmen is mainly manifested in learning, life, interpersonal relationship, career role selection, physical and mental symptoms. In addition, on the basis of the results of this study, this paper also puts forward some pertinent educational suggestions.
