中国人的主观幸福感：特征、来源与测量的研究

【摘要】：我国将在2020年实现全面小康的宏伟目标，在这个进程中，人们的幸福感也逐渐成为人们关注的焦点。而关于幸福感的心理学研究早在西方兴起，主要以主观幸福感（Subjective Well-Being）为研究对象。但是国内的研究大多借鉴和整合西方理论，缺乏本土特色。因此，笔者基于本土心理学的研究理念，对我国城镇居民眼中的主观幸福感特征、来源进行了质性研究，并编制了《城镇居民主观幸福感来源量表》（SSWBS-C），所使用的研究方法包括深度访谈、共识分析、问卷调查等。主要的研究结果如下： ①中国人的主观幸福感具有四大特征，即差异性、持久性、整体性和阶段性特征； ②中国人的主观幸福感来源主要分为两个方面，即内部来源和外部来源； ③中国人的主观幸福感来源模型中，由经济和健康构成的基本保障起到了一个基础性的保障作用，内部来源和外部来源对个体主观幸福感水平的影响是交互的； ④自编《城镇居民主观幸福感来源量表》（SSWBS-C）具有良好的信、效度。 在研究的最后，笔者分析了研究的不足，，并提出改进研究的建议。
[Abstract]:Our country will realize the grand goal of overall well-off in 2020. In this process, people's happiness has gradually become the focus of attention. However, psychological research on well-being has emerged in the West as early as. Subjective Well-being (Subjective Well-Being) is the main research object. However, most of the domestic studies draw lessons from and integrate western theories, lacking local characteristics. Therefore, based on the concept of native psychology, the author made a qualitative study on the characteristics of subjective well-being in the eyes of urban residents in China, and compiled the "subjective Well-being Source scale for Urban residents" (SSWBS-C). The research methods used include in-depth interviews, consensus analysis, questionnaires and so on. The main results are as follows: (1) the subjective well-being of Chinese people has four characteristics: difference, persistence, integrity and stage; 2the source of Chinese subjective well-being is mainly divided into two aspects: internal source and external source; (3) in the source model of Chinese subjective well-being, the basic guarantee composed of economy and health plays a basic role, and the influence of internal and external sources on the level of individual subjective well-being is interactive; (4) the subjective Well-being Source scale for Urban residents (SSWBS-C) has good reliability and validity. At the end of the study, the author analyzes the deficiency of the research and puts forward some suggestions to improve the research.
