基于认知心理学的家用电器使用过程引导方式的设计研究
[Abstract]:With the development of product design, designers should not only pay attention to the function, appearance and color of the product, but also pay attention to whether the user can use the product correctly, whether the user will encounter problems in the process of using, how to solve these problems and so on. User guidance is one of the solutions to the above situation, so this paper mainly focuses on the user guidance in the process of product use. Through the research of user cognition theory and user guidance, this paper puts forward four models of user cognition product. The necessity of introducing cognitive psychology into guided design is pointed out through the analysis of user guidance in product design. In this paper, the user-led mode in the process of using household appliances is taken as the research object, and the holistic research on the household appliances is carried out from the point of view of the users, and the demand of the users for the guidance of the users is summed up. And the psychological and behavioral characteristics of four user types in the process of using household appliances. On the basis of the theoretical exploration of the user-led design of household appliances based on cognitive psychology, this paper also makes a systematic study on the user-led design of household appliances, including the design scope and design objectives of the user-led design of household appliances. Design patterns, design carriers and design methods are summarized and expanded. According to the research method and theory, combined with computer aided design, the washing machine is selected as a specific case to design the user guidance mode of household appliances. Finally, this paper summarizes the relevant conclusions of the research, and prospects the field of consumer-oriented research of household appliances.
