社交回避研究生初始箱庭特征及干预研究

【摘要】:社交回避是个体在社会交往中表现出的退缩和防御倾向,会给当事人造成从轻微的羞涩和胆怯体验到严重的恐惧和挫败打击程度不同的认知、情感和行为冲击。研究生阶段是学生从接受知识转变为创造知识的关键时段,面临着科研和就业的双重压力,能否以健康和积极的心态渡过这一阶段,对于研究生来说至关重要,然而研究生群体较普遍地存在着不同程度的社交回避问题,探索研究生社交回避的干预途径,对于研究生的心理健康和全面成长具有积极意义。 本研究以300名硕士研究生为研究对象,主要包括两个内容,以验证箱庭疗法对社交回避研究生进行鉴别和干预的有效性。研究一:向辽宁师范大学研究生发放社交回避及苦恼量表(SAD),筛选出社交回避的大学生30名,对照组(没有社交回避)的学生30名,分别进行初始箱庭的制作,并通过两组作品在各个维度上的对比,了解社交回避研究生的箱庭作品特征。研究二:采用个案研究法,对自愿进行后续治疗的两个学生进行一系列的干预,,以考察箱庭疗法对社交回避研究生干预的有效性。 研究结果表明: (1)社交回避组与对照组在创伤主题、作品场面、玩具的使用、动沙情况、自我像的出现情况上存在差异显著;在玩具的移动次数、制作时间上差异不显著。 (3)通过自我评估、他人反映、箱庭作品的变化和心理测量结果对比,说明箱庭疗法对于社交回避打学生有良好的干预效果。
[Abstract]:Social avoidance is an individual's tendency to retreat and defend in social interaction, which will cause cognitive, emotional and behavioral impact from mild shyness and cowardice to severe fear and frustration. The graduate stage is the key period for students to change from accepting knowledge to creating knowledge, and facing the double pressure of scientific research and employment, it is very important for graduate students to get through this stage with a healthy and positive attitude. However, the problem of social avoidance exists generally in graduate students, and it is of positive significance to explore the intervention ways of social avoidance for graduate students' mental health and overall growth. In this study, 300 graduate students were studied, including two parts, to verify the effectiveness of box therapy in the identification and intervention of social avoidance graduate students. Research 1: 30 students with social avoidance and distress were selected by (SAD), and 30 students from control group (without social avoidance) were selected, and the initial chamber was made, respectively, by distributing social avoidance and distress scale to graduate students of Liaoning normal University. And through the comparison of the two groups of works in each dimension, understand the characteristics of social avoidance graduate students box-court works. Study 2: a series of interventions were carried out on two students who volunteered for follow-up treatment in order to investigate the effectiveness of box therapy in the intervention of social avoidance graduate students. The results showed that: (1) there were significant differences between the social avoidance group and the control group in trauma theme, work scene, use of toys, moving sand, appearance of self-image; There was no significant difference in the number of times of movement and the time of production of the toy. (3) through the self-evaluation, others' reflection, the change of box court works and the comparison of psychological measurement results, it shows that box court therapy has good intervention effect on students' social avoidance beating.
