积极自我图式的注意偏向调节训练对个体抑郁情绪的影响:神经质水平的调节作用

【摘要】:目的:实验一检验传统的注意偏向调节训练对抑郁症状的治疗效果,以及神经质对其效果的影响。实验二,将积极的情绪启动与注意偏向调节训练相结合,来改变抑郁个体负性图式,试图发展注意偏向调节训练的新方法。方法:通过BDI-II问卷筛选出符合具有抑郁情绪的个体,同时测量抑郁个体的神经质水平。实验一选取了40名符合条件的在校大学生,将其随机分配到实验组和安慰剂组。实验组在4周内完成注意偏向修正训练,安慰剂组进行相匹配的中性训练。实验二通过同样的方法筛选标准的20名被试,每个被试与实验一实验组的被试保持同质性。被试进行基于矫正负性的自我图式的注意偏向修正训练,训练的时间与实验一匹配。结果发现:实验一和实验二都采用了2(分组:安慰剂组和实验组)×2(时间:前测和后测)的重复测量方差分析。⑴实验一中,时间的主效应显著p0.01,分组的主效应显著p0.01,时间和分组的交互作用显著p0.01。并用配对样本t检验,对实验组和安慰剂组进行了简单效应分析。结果实验组的抑郁症状的分数有了显著的降低p0.01,而安慰剂组没有明显的改变。⑵实验二时间的主效应p0.01和分组的主效应p0.01均显著,时间×分组的交互作用不显著。⑶个体神经质水平调节着注意偏向修正训练的效果,即神经质水平越低治疗效果越明显(B=-.375,t=-2.143,p0.05)。结论:负性图式的注意偏向修正训练和传统的注意偏向修正训练都能显著的降低抑郁个体的抑郁症状,其中个体的神经质水平对训练起负向调节作用。
[Abstract]:Aim: to test the therapeutic effect of traditional attention bias regulation training on depressive symptoms and the effect of neuroticism on the effect. In the second experiment, combining positive emotion priming with attention bias regulation training to change the negative schema of depression individuals, trying to develop a new method of attention bias regulation training. Methods: individuals with depression were screened out by BDI-II questionnaire and their neuroticism levels were measured at the same time. In experiment 1, 40 eligible college students were randomly assigned to the experimental group and placebo group. The experimental group completed the attention bias correction training within 4 weeks, and the placebo group received matching neutral training. In the second experiment, 20 subjects were screened by the same method, each of them kept the same quality as that of the first experimental group. Subjects were trained with attention bias correction based on corrected negative self-schema, and the training time was matched with experiment-1. The results showed that both experiment 1 and experiment 2 used repeated measurement analysis of variance for 2 (group: placebo group and experiment group) 脳 2 (time: pre-test and post-test). 1 in experiment 1, the main effect of time was significant (p0.01). The main effect of grouping is significant (p0.01), and the interaction between time and grouping is significant (p0.01). Using paired sample t-test, a simple effect analysis was carried out between the experimental group and the placebo group. Results the scores of depressive symptoms in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the placebo group (p0.01). (2) the main effects of experiment 2 (p0.01) and the group (p0.01) were significantly higher than those of the placebo group (P < 0.01). The interaction of time 脳 group was not significant. 3 the neuroticism level of individuals regulated the effect of attention bias correction training, that is, the lower the neuroticism level was, the more obvious the therapeutic effect was (B = 0.375, t = 2.143, p 0.05). Conclusion: both negative schema attention bias correction training and traditional attention bias correction training can significantly reduce depression symptoms in depressed individuals, and the neuroticism level of individuals plays a negative role in training.
