医护人员心理弹性问卷的编制及其特点研究

【摘要】:心理弹性指的是个体采取一系列的应对措施,与环境进行动态交互作用,从而使个体在面对压力和危险时能够迅速适应并成功解决的过程。本研究试图在前人研究的基础上,编制一份针对医护人员的本土化的心理弹性问卷。本研究通过文献阅读法,结合访谈法、开放式问卷法,初步构建了七个医护人员心理弹性的理论维度。然后依据所确立的七个理论维度,采取借鉴前人与自编项目的方法,建立项目库。根据有关专家、学者对原始项目库的审核意见,对项目库进行删减、修改,形成预测问卷。随后,对目标群体中进行抽样预测,通过频次分析、区分度分析、探索性因素分析等方法对项目进行更进一步的修改和删除,形成正式施测问卷。接下来,在更大范围内进行等概率随机抽样,对问卷的区分度、信度和效度进行检测。最后对成都地区医护人员的总体心理弹性水平进行了调查分析。 本研究问卷分析得出的结果显示自编医护人员心理弹性问卷具有较好的信效度:总问卷的克朗巴赫α系数为0.925,各分问卷的克朗巴赫α系数在0.54到0.76之间;总问卷的分半信度系数为0.867,分问卷的分半信度系数在0.48到0.77之间;以成人心理弹性量表为外在效标,自编医护人员心理弹性问卷与其呈正相关(r=0.65)。自编医护人员心理弹性问卷经删减后包括六个维度24个项目:自我控制、社会支持、家庭支持、未来期望、耐受性和工作能力。同时本研究对医护人员心理弹性的调查结果显示:1、不同性别的医护人员在医护人员心理弹性问卷总分上存在显著差异,女性得分显著高于男性(p0.01),且在自我控制、社会支持、家庭支持、未来期望、工作能力分问卷上不同性别医护人员也均存在显著差异;2、不同医院等级变量的被试在医护人员心理弹性问卷总分上存在显著差异(p0.05),三甲医护人员平均分最高,一甲最低,且在未来期望、耐受性、工作能力分问卷上,来自不同医院等级变量的被试也存在显著差异;3、不同工作性质变量的被试在医护人员心理弹性问卷总分存在显著差异(p0.01),临床护士的平均分最高,非临床卫生技术人员最低,从各分问卷看,在自我控制、社会支持、家庭支持、未来期望、耐受性维度分问卷上,不同工作性质变量的被试也存在不同程度的显著差异。
[Abstract]:Psychological elasticity refers to the process in which individuals take a series of countermeasures and interact with the environment dynamically, so that individuals can quickly adapt to and solve the problems in the face of stress and danger. This study attempts to compile a psychological elasticity questionnaire for the localization of medical and nursing staff on the basis of previous studies. In this study, seven theoretical dimensions of psychological elasticity of medical and nursing staff were constructed by literature reading method, interview method and open questionnaire method. Then, according to the seven theoretical dimensions established, the project database is established by using the method of drawing lessons from the predecessor and the self-designed project. According to the audit opinions of relevant experts and scholars on the original project library, the project library is deleted, modified and formed a prediction questionnaire. Then, the sampling prediction of the target group is carried out, and the items are further modified and deleted by frequency analysis, discrimination analysis, exploratory factor analysis and so on, and a formal questionnaire is formed. Next, the discrimination, reliability and validity of the questionnaire are tested by equal probability random sampling in a larger range. Finally, the overall psychological elasticity level of medical and nursing staff in Chengdu area was investigated and analyzed. The results of the questionnaire analysis showed that the self-designed psychological elasticity questionnaire for medical and nursing staff had good reliability and validity: the Kronbach 伪 coefficient of the total questionnaire was 0.925, and the Cronbach 伪 coefficient of each questionnaire was between 0.54 and 0.76; The split-half reliability coefficient of the total questionnaire was 0.867, and the split-half reliability coefficient of the sub-questionnaire was between 0.48 and 0.77.
