心理治疗中的阻力及应对策略

【摘要】：阻力是来访者在心理治疗过程中表现出来的抵触、不顺从、不配合、消极对待治疗等现象。文章对阻力的概念进行了文献梳理,并分析了阻力的四种常见类型:注意力聚焦在治疗师身上、漠视会谈的时间与约定、回避治疗师提问、为自己行为辩护。通过探讨阻力产生的四个方面原因:心灵成长的痛苦、固化的行为失调、抗拒治疗与对抗治疗师、特有的人格特质等,提出建立良好治疗关系,科学诊断与分析,合理解释治疗中的阻力等三方面应对阻力的策略。
[Abstract]:The resistance is the contradiction of the visitor's behavior in the course of psychotherapy, the non-compliance, the non-coordination, the negative treatment of treatment, and so on. The article sorts out the concept of resistance, and analyzes four common types of resistance: focus on the therapist, ignore the time and convention of the meeting, avoid the therapist's question and defend himself. The four main reasons for resistance generation are: the pain of the growth of the mind, the maladjustment of the curing, the resistance to the treatment and the counter-therapist, the characteristic personality, etc., and puts forward the establishment of the good treatment relation, the scientific diagnosis and analysis, The strategy of resistance in three aspects, such as resistance in treatment, is reasonably explained.
