小学教师职业弹性与职业倦怠的关系研究

【摘要】:本研究以小学教师为研究对象,通过文献分析、开放性问卷和个别访谈的方法初步构建了小学教师职业弹性的结构,以此为依据编制了《小学教师职业弹性量表》,并对其进行信度和效度分析。在此基础上,还对小学教师职业弹性与职业倦怠的关系进行了研究。本研究得出以下结论: (1)自编《小学教师职业弹性量表》由职业耐挫性、职业主动性和职业愿景3个维度构成,包含21个题项,具有较高的信度和效度,符合心理测量学的要求。 (2)对小学教师职业弹性现状的研究结果表明:①小学教师职业弹性整体水平较高。②小学教师职业弹性总分及其各因子得分在性别、教龄、月薪、学历及婚姻状况上均无显著性差异。③小学教师在职业耐挫性和职业愿景上存在显著的年龄差异,41岁以上的小学教师在职业耐挫性和职业愿景这两个维度上的得分,均高于31-40岁的小学教师。④职称为二级的教师在职业弹性总分及其它3个维度上的得分均低于三级以下和一级以上的教师。 (3)职业弹性与职业倦怠存在显著负相关,职业弹性对职业倦怠有显著的负向预测作用。
[Abstract]:This study takes primary school teachers as the research object, through literature analysis, open questionnaire and individual interviews to initially construct the structure of primary school teachers' occupational flexibility, on the basis of which the scale of primary school teachers' occupational elasticity is compiled, and its reliability and validity are analyzed. On this basis, the relationship between occupational elasticity and job burnout of primary school teachers is also studied. The conclusions of this study are as follows: (1) the self-designed Occupational elasticity scale for Primary School Teachers consists of three dimensions: occupational frustration, career initiative and career vision, including 21 items, which has high reliability and validity and meets the requirements of psychometrics. (2) the results of the study on the present situation of primary school teachers' occupational flexibility show that: (1) the overall level of primary school teachers' occupational flexibility is higher. (2) there is no significant difference in gender, teaching age, monthly salary, academic background and marital status in the total score of primary school teachers' occupational flexibility. (3) there are significant age differences in occupational frustration and career vision of primary school teachers. The scores of occupational frustration and career vision of primary school teachers over 41 years old were higher than those of primary school teachers aged 31 and 40 years old. 4 the total score of occupational flexibility and the other three dimensions of teachers with grade 2 were lower than those of teachers below level 3 and above. (3) there was a significant negative correlation between job elasticity and job burnout, and job elasticity had a significant negative predictive effect on job burnout.
