从危机到“生机”——危机状态下心理系统的超循环生成机制

【摘要】：作为以信息为基础的生命性活动,心理系统是一个自组织、自复制、自适应、自学习、自稳定的超循环系统。重创下的个体易产生心理危机,心理危机是心理系统的"突变点",也是系统进化的关键时期。以"助人自助"为宗旨的心理危机干预,是他组织到自组织的过程,也是促进系统宏观进化的有效途径。实现从危机到"生机"的转变,关键在于能否通过危机干预等途径注入积极的"种子"——核心信念、危机应对方式等,并通过超循环生成机制,稳定为所期望的人格特质与行为模式。
[Abstract]:As an information-based living activity, the psychological system is a self-organizing, self-replicating, adaptive, self-learning, self-stable hypercirculatory system. Under the severe injury, the individual is prone to psychological crisis, which is not only the "sudden change point" of the psychological system, but also the key period of the evolution of the system. Psychological crisis intervention with the purpose of "helping others and self-help" is not only the process from his organization to self-organization, but also an effective way to promote the macro-evolution of the system. The key to realize the transformation from crisis to "vitality" lies in whether the positive "seed" can be injected into the expected personality traits and behavior patterns through crisis intervention, such as core belief, crisis response style, and so on, and through the supercycle generation mechanism, the expected personality traits and behavior patterns can be stabilized.
