认知行为疗法通过减轻听力焦虑提高听力成绩的实证研究

  焦虑作为一种心理现象,在心理学领域已有诸多相关研究,心理学中针对焦虑最常见的治疗方法是认知行为疗法,它被广泛运用于减轻焦虑。焦虑心理在认知上的原因主要是学生对于学习目标有着不合理的期望,对自身能力的错误低估,对英语学习持有一些错误的认识,以及部分学生存在完美主义的倾向。国内外不少学者都曾提出将心理学上用于治疗焦虑的认知行为疗法与二语课堂相结合,用于减轻语言学习者的学习焦虑,从而促进学习者的语言学习。尽管如此,该疗法运用于语言课堂后的效果国内外尚鲜有实证研究考证。本论文旨在运用认知行为疗法——主要由放松练习、想象练习和认知重建练习构成——与听力练习结合,研究其是否能减轻被试学生的听力焦虑,且是否对学生提高听力成绩有效。本研究选取了上海交通大学本科一年级两个非英语专业平行班60名学生作为被试。本文作者在这两个班级担任一个学期的英语教师,从日常听力课堂表现和听力作业情况来看,两个班级听力程度差距不大。另外,通过前测试验结果分析,两个班的听力成绩无显著差异。两个班级按随机分配,一个作为实验组,一个作为对照组,他们都被要求填写Elkhafaifi于2005年设计的《外语听力焦虑量表》,被试人和量...
