Test Anxiety and Test Performance: An Emprical Study on Gend

近年来,测试焦虑度和性别差异逐渐受到语言测试领域的关注与重视。本研究旨在探究在高考测试焦虑度情境下,性别差异与受试测试行为关系的影响。研究的样本来自于198名2013年在咸阳彩虹中学参加高考英语的学生。同时收集了每个样本高考前三次模拟考试成绩以及最终高考成绩。本实验的工具使用了SPSS软件,TAI焦虑度量表和调查问卷。研究发现,对于女性考生而言,测试焦虑度与测试行为有显著差异;但是对于男性考生而言,测试焦虑度与测试行为没有显著差异。研究还表明对于女性和男性考生而言,高特质焦虑度与高分成绩之间具有高度正相关。本研究还讨论了考生害怕他人的负面评价是引起测试焦虑的最重要原因。这一发现对应用语言学与教育心理学,考生与教师和政策制定者有较强的指导意义。同时本研究也指出了研究不足之处以及对今后相关研究的建议。
