云南师范大学南亚、东南亚留学生教学管理满意度调查

【摘要】:上世纪80年代,高等教育国际化作为高等教育应对经济全球化的指导性目标之一被联合国教科文组织提出。随着21世纪经济全球化的推进,国际化的程度成为了衡量一个国家高等教育发展水平高低的重要评价标准之一,留学生教育作为国际教育交流的重要组成部分,成为了高等教育国际化的一大亮点。2013年“一带一路”发展战略的提出,为云南省留学生教育发展带来了新的生机与机遇,大批来自“一带一路”沿线国家的来华留学生涌入云南的教育市场,“一带一路”战略的提出对于云南高校的留学生教育工作的发展来说同时也是挑战。本文以云南师范大学南亚、东南亚在校留学生为研究对象,结合“大学生满意度”测评体系,从教学内容、教学过程、教学资源和教学效果四个满意度因子进行测评,再以留学生背景变量满意度差异分析。本文一共五部分。第一部分为绪论部分,主要描述本文的研究背景,研究意义,研究方法等内容。第二至四部分是本文的重点部分,以云南师范大学南亚、东南亚在校留学生的教学满意度为例,采用数据统计、对比分析等方法,对留学生教学中的教学内容、教学过程、教学资源和教学效果四个方面的满意度进行数据统计和横向对比,再以留学生的背景变量:是否为华裔、学生类别、留学费用来源、来华留学生时间以及是否去过别的学校进行满意度差异分析。最后根据调查结果总结云南师范大学在留学生教学管理中存在的问题并进行分析。第五部分针对云南师范大学留学生教学管理中存在的问题提出建议与对策。笔者认为,通过对南亚、东南亚留学生教学满意度的分析,能了解留学生的多元化学习需求,了解高校自身的优势与不足,以便开展学生需要,社会需要的留学生教学。云南高校应借“一带一路”发展战略的契机,将留学生教育作为高等教育国际化的抓手,大力促进高等教育国际化进程。
[Abstract]:In -20s, the internationalization of higher education as one of the guiding goals of higher education in response to economic globalization was put forward by UNESCO. With the development of economic globalization in 21th century. The degree of internationalization has become one of the important evaluation criteria to measure the development level of a country's higher education. As an important part of international educational exchange, the education of foreign students is an important part. In 2013, the development strategy of "Belt and Road" brought new vitality and opportunity for the development of foreign students' education in Yunnan Province. A large number of foreign students from countries along the "Belt and Road" line poured into the educational market in Yunnan. The "Belt and Road" strategy is also a challenge to the development of foreign students education in Yunnan colleges and universities. This paper takes the South and Southeast Asian students of Yunnan normal University as the research object. Combined with the "college student satisfaction" evaluation system, from the teaching content, teaching process, teaching resources and teaching results of the four satisfaction factors. The first part is the introduction part, which mainly describes the research background and significance of this paper. The second to fourth parts are the key part of this paper, taking the teaching satisfaction of South Asia and Southeast Asia of Yunnan normal University as an example, using data statistics, comparative analysis and other methods. The content of teaching, teaching process, teaching resources and teaching effect of four aspects of the satisfaction of the data statistics and horizontal comparison, and then with the background variables: whether Chinese students, student categories. Study abroad expense source. Finally, according to the results of the survey, the problems existing in the teaching management of foreign students in Yunnan normal University are summarized and analyzed. 5th part is aimed at the cloud. The author thinks that the problems existing in the teaching management of foreign students in South normal University should be put forward. Through the analysis of the teaching satisfaction of students in South and Southeast Asia, we can understand the diversified learning needs of international students, understand the advantages and disadvantages of colleges and universities, in order to carry out the needs of students. In order to promote the internationalization of higher education, Yunnan universities should take the opportunity of Belt and Road's development strategy to take the education of foreign students as the grasp of internationalization of higher education.
