“一带一路”背景下外语职业教育人才培养研究与思考——以我国东盟地区小语种人才培养储备为例

【摘要】："一带一路"战略的推进对外语职业教育人才培养提出了新的要求,本研究以我国东盟地区小语种人才培养储备为例,就国内主要外国语高校和一些地方院校的东盟地区小语种专业开设、人才培养层次规模、师资队伍建设、学生就业领域等方面进行调查研究,旨在揭示我国东盟地区小语种人才培养和储备的总体趋势和情况,为相关教育机构制定语言发展战略提供相应的决策依据。
[Abstract]:The "Belt and Road" strategy puts forward new requirements for the training of foreign language vocational education talents. This study takes the reserve of small language talents in ASEAN area of China as an example. This paper makes an investigation and research on the establishment of minor language majors in ASEAN region, the scale of talent training, the construction of teachers, and the field of students' employment in the major foreign language universities and some local colleges. The purpose of this paper is to reveal the general trend and situation of the training and reserve of minority language talents in China's ASEAN region, and to provide a basis for the relevant educational institutions to formulate language development strategies.
