让中国声音响彻全世界

【摘要】：正继今年2月"构建人类命运共同体"理念被载入联合国决议和联合国安理会决议之后,今年3月,这一理念又被载入联合国人权理事会决议。在此之前,去年11月,第71届联合国大会上193个会员国一致赞同将"一带一路"倡议载入联大决议。可以看到,在联合国的舞台上,在全球不同的治理领域,越来越多的中国理念、中国倡议上升为国际共识,进入国际话语体系。从中,我们感受到的是中国不断提升的国际话语权,听到的是中国声音在世界范围的回响。
[Abstract]:Following the February this year "Building a Community of Human Destiny", which was enshrined in United Nations resolutions and Security Council resolutions, on March this year, this concept was enshrined in the UN Human Rights Council Resolution... prior to that, November last year, At the 71st session of the UN General Assembly, 193 member States unanimously endorsed the inclusion of the "Belt and Road" initiative in General Assembly resolutions... It can be seen that, on the stage of the United Nations and in different areas of global governance, there is an increasing number of Chinese ideas. China's proposal has risen into an international consensus and entered the international discourse system, from which we feel China's rising international discourse power and hear its voice echo around the world.
