【摘要】："一带一路"战略体现了新的时代中国新的国家追求,它呈现出强烈的内外大联通性、外向大进取性、陆海结合性三大特征,这就要求边海防具有新的理念、定位、能力、作用。"一带一路"与大边防是中国新时期国家力量和智慧的体现。
[Abstract]:The strategy of "Belt and Road" embodies the new national pursuit of China in the new era. It shows three characteristics: strong internal and external connection, extroversion, and combination of land and sea. This requires the frontier and coastal defense to have a new concept, orientation, and ability. Belt and Road and Great Frontier Defense are the embodiment of China's national strength and wisdom in the new period.
