中国与“一带一路”发展中国家合作障碍与对策

【摘要】:"一带一路"倡议是全球化发展和构建人类命运共同体的重要途径。而推动该倡议的重要方面就是加强中国与"一带一路"沿线相关发展中国家的区域合作。尽管中国与"一带一路"相关发展中国家的深化合作存在着现实障碍,但中国开拓发展中国家市场、寻求与其更为广泛和深入的合作是符合多边利益的共赢之举,不仅能为中国开拓更为广阔的海外市场,加强中国与"一带一路"沿线发展中国家的互利合作,而且能够增进发展中国家之间的交流合作,促进全球治理机制的变革。因此,需要循序渐进地推动与"一带一路"发展中国家的合作;加大对"一带一路"发展中国家基础设施和基础产业的投资;发挥传统合作优势,营造良好投资环境;注重培养适应"一带一路"发展中国家合作需要的跨文化复合型人才。
[Abstract]:The "Belt and Road" initiative is an important way for globalization to develop and build a community of human destinies. The important aspect of promoting the initiative is to strengthen regional cooperation between China and the developing countries concerned along the road of "Belt and Road". Despite the fact that there are practical obstacles to deepening cooperation between China and developing countries related to "Belt and Road," However, it is in the interests of multilateral interests for China to open up its markets in developing countries and to seek more extensive and in-depth cooperation with it. It will not only open up a broader overseas market for China, Strengthening mutually beneficial cooperation between China and developing countries along the route of "Belt and Road" can also enhance exchanges and cooperation among developing countries and promote the transformation of global governance mechanisms. It is necessary to promote the cooperation with "Belt and Road" developing countries step by step, increase investment in infrastructure and basic industries of "Belt and Road" developing countries, give full play to the advantages of traditional cooperation, and create a good investment environment. Focus on training "Belt and Road" developing countries to meet the needs of cross-cultural cooperation talent.
