培育经济带:重塑中国区域发展战略

【摘要】："一带一路"、长江经济带、京津冀协同发展三大战略的明确提出,表明经济带模式成为中国区域开发在空间格局上的重大创新。文章分析了经济带的研究背景、一些认识的误区,总结了中国经济带的发展概况。提出重塑以经济带为支撑的新型区域发展战略,包括培育经济带、构建倒"π"型国土开发格局,构建海陆统筹对外开放新格局,推进区域一体化,优化产业分工布局。展望未来,中国要培育更多经济带,构建区域开发的完整骨架。
[Abstract]:Belt and Road, the Yangtze River Economic Belt and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development strategy are clearly put forward, which indicates that the economic belt model has become a major innovation in the spatial pattern of regional development in China. This paper analyzes the research background of the economic belt. This paper summarizes the general situation of the development of China's economic belt, and puts forward a new regional development strategy which is supported by economic belt, including cultivating economic belt, constructing "蟺" pattern of land development, and constructing a new pattern of land and sea opening to the outside world as a whole. To promote regional integration and optimize the distribution of industrial division of labor, China should cultivate more economic zones and construct a complete framework of regional development.
