亚洲地区“一带一路”建设与企业投资环境分析

【摘要】：亚洲经济的崛起及其在世界经济中的重要地位和作用,决定了"一带一路"建设应当重点和首先关注其在亚洲国家和地区的投资潜力与经济效应。文章聚焦"一带一路"建设在亚洲的国别和地区投资环境分析,为"一带一路"建设过程中加快企业走出去提供投资和营商环境决策与依据。文章通过采取熵值赋权法确定权重,对"一带一路"在亚洲区的国家和地区的投资环境进行实证分析和投资环境指数进行排名;并通过分析发现"一带一路"建设在亚洲区,除了要加强对现有基础设施投资和改善以外,更要注重亚洲地区的要素流动和经济绩效改善,从而增强投资者的回报预期。文章认为,在推动"一带一路"建设过程中,应当充分利用亚洲经济发展和比较优势,发挥亚洲地区核心城市在
[Abstract]:The rise of the Asian economy and its important position and role in the world economy, It is decided that the construction of "Belt and Road" should focus and first focus on its investment potential and economic effects in Asian countries and regions. This paper provides investment and business environment decision and basis for speeding up enterprise going out in the process of "Belt and Road" construction. Through the empirical analysis and ranking of the investment environment of "Belt and Road" in the countries and regions of the Asian region, it was found that "Belt and Road" was built in the Asian region. In addition to strengthening investment and improvement in existing infrastructure, it is also necessary to pay more attention to the improvement of factor flows and economic performance in the Asian region, thereby enhancing investors' expectations of returns.
