“一带一路”:中国“开发优先”跨国区域合作的探索

【摘要】：“一带一路”是中国主导的跨国区域合作和全球化的新战略,旨在打破自全球金融危机(GFC)以来出现的逆全球化趋势。中国“一带一路”的探索,本质上是一个跨国区域的合作开发、共同发展的新模式,它旗帜鲜明地提出了“开发优先”的跨国区域合作,并倡导以基础设施开发为前导,配合金融服务体系,包括亚洲基础设施投行、丝路基金、金砖银行和上合开发银行等,以及国内的政策银行,进行跨国区域“开发优先”的合作模式。中国“一带一路”的实践打破了逆全球化的窘境,中国通过自我完善将更好地推动跨国区域一体化的发展。
[Abstract]:Belt and Road is a new strategy of transnational regional cooperation and globalization led by China, aiming to break the trend of reverse globalization since the global financial crisis. In essence, it is a new model for the cooperative development and common development of a transnational region. It clearly puts forward the "development priority" transnational regional cooperation, and advocates infrastructure development as the leading factor in cooperation with the financial services system. Including Asian infrastructure investment banks, the Silk Road Fund, the BRICS and the Shanghai Development Bank, as well as domestic policy banks, The practice of China's "Belt and Road" has broken the dilemma of anti-globalization, and China will better promote the development of transnational regional integration through self-improvement.
