《“一带一路”:全球发展的中国逻辑》(节选)翻译报告

【摘要】:本文是一篇翻译报告,翻译项目摘自《“一带一路”:全球发展的中国逻辑》第一章的部分内容。这是一本典型的介绍“一带一路”的外宣书籍,内容涉及“一带一路”的历史渊源、现实特征等。本文从跨文化的视角入手,结合翻译实例,探究中西方的文化差异对于外宣翻译的影响,既讨论外宣材料翻译的普遍特点,又深入剖析“一带一路”外宣材料翻译不同于其他外宣材料的显著文体特征。外宣材料的翻译具有跨语言、跨文化、跨国界的特点。材料本身具有浓厚的文化色彩、政治色彩,且讲究实效性。而关于“一带一路”的外宣材料则突出文化性,历史性和创造性。在翻译过程中,源语社会和目的语社会中的语言、文化、政治、经济和意识形态等都从宏观或微观等方面影响外宣翻译的质量和水平。本文作者首先对《“一带一路”:全球发展的中国逻辑》进行简要介绍,介绍其作者,进行翻译前的准备工作,以及研究背景,国内对于此类材料翻译的研究现状和研究的重要性。第二部分介绍了外宣翻译的概念界定和内涵及外宣翻译要达到的基本要求,并结合翻译中的具体例证,分析“一带一路”外宣材料的文体特点。正是这些特点,要求译者在进行翻译时要有跨文化意识,充分考虑中西方的文化差异。第三部分则详细介绍翻译过程中所应具备的跨文化意识,其必要性和重要性以及跨文化意识指导下的翻译原则。根据以上理论基础,结合翻译中的具体实例分析研究翻译过程中所运用到的翻译策略和技巧,以消解翻译中的文化障碍。第四部分,简要分析本次报告的局限,提出改进意见,并总结了此次翻译项目的收获与启示。
[Abstract]:This paper is a translation report. The translation project is excerpted from the first chapter of "Belt and Road: Chinese Logic of Global Development". The content involves the historical origin and realistic characteristics of Belt and Road. This paper discusses the influence of cultural differences between China and the West on the translation of foreign publicity materials from a cross-cultural perspective, combining with translation examples, and discusses the general characteristics of translation of foreign propaganda materials. The translation of "Belt and Road" is different from that of other foreign propaganda materials. The translation of foreign propaganda materials has the characteristics of cross-language, cross-culture and cross-border. The material itself has a strong cultural color and political color. And the foreign propaganda materials about Belt and Road emphasize cultural, historical and creative. In the process of translation, the language, culture and politics in the source language society and the target language society, Both economy and ideology influence the quality and level of translation of foreign propaganda from macro and micro aspects. The author of this paper gives a brief introduction to Belt and Road: the Chinese Logic of Global Development and its author. The second part introduces the definition of the concept and connotation of the translation of foreign propaganda and the basic requirements to be achieved in the translation of foreign propaganda. Combining with the concrete examples in translation, this paper analyzes the stylistic features of Belt and Road's publicity materials, which require the translator to have a cross-cultural consciousness in translating. The third part introduces in detail the cross-cultural consciousness in the process of translation, its necessity and importance, and the translation principles under the guidance of cross-cultural consciousness. This paper analyzes the translation strategies and techniques used in the process of translation with concrete examples in translation in order to remove the cultural barriers in translation. Part 4th briefly analyzes the limitations of this report and puts forward some suggestions for improvement. And summarizes the harvest and enlightenment of this translation project.
