“一带一路”战略中我国海外投资法律风险研究

【摘要】："一带一路"战略是目前中国的国家战略,在"一带一路"区域国家中,既有中国、俄罗斯、日本、印度这样综合实力较为雄厚的国家,但是更多的是综合实力较弱的国家。在该区域不仅国家实力相差悬殊,很多国家内部的发展程度也不平衡。在这样一个国家众多、情况复杂的区域,推进国际投资便利化,实现区域经济合作,需要各国共同努力构建区域合作的新模式。借鉴相关协定的成熟机制,既是推进该区域投资便利化的合作机制,也是对区域经济合作理论的新探索。
[Abstract]:The "Belt and Road" strategy is the current national strategy of China. Among the regional countries in the region, China, Russia, Japan, and India are countries with relatively strong comprehensive strength. But more are the countries with relatively weak overall strength. In this region, not only does the national strength differ greatly, but also the level of development within many countries is uneven. In such a region with many countries and complex situations, the facilitation of international investment is promoted. The realization of regional economic cooperation requires all countries to make joint efforts to construct a new model of regional cooperation. Drawing on the mature mechanism of relevant agreements, it is not only a cooperative mechanism to promote investment facilitation in the region, but also a new exploration of the theory of regional economic cooperation.
