河南省黄泛区实业集团融资问题与对策研究

【摘要】：为了确保农业企业的效益,提高农民的收入,实现农业生产的大幅度增收,以规模化生产为主要方式来发展健康的、可持续的现代化农业是—产发展的必然趋势。但是农企抗风险的能力较差,经济不确定性较强,只有少数农企在经营中不会面临融资缺乏的尴尬局面。如何有效解决农企融资困难的问题,从而帮助农企实现长期发展,已变为学术和企业研究者都关注的热门对象。本文对农业企业融资相关研究文献进行了梳理,并总结概括了相关融资理论。论文以黄泛区实业集团为典型案例,对集团的经营概况、融资现状进行分析。从集团内源融资能力较弱;偿债能力弱于行业平均水平,融资规模受限;融资渠道单一;缺乏抵押担保物;融资风险防控压力大五个方面,揭示黄泛区实业集团融资存在的主要问题。为破解融资难题,集团应该从提高产品科技含量、实施“互联网+”工程、融入“一带一路”国家战略、提高基础设施水平等方面入手,全面加强企业自身建设,提高企业盈利水平,最终提升内源融资能力;集团应该进一步拓宽融资渠道,包括疏通直接融资渠道,尝试应收账款融资、金融租赁等融资方式;集团应该深化体制改革,整合可用于抵押担保的有效资产,加强沟通协调,进一步夯实银行融资渠道基础,同时提高风险意识,有效防控风险。
[Abstract]:In order to ensure the benefit of agricultural enterprises, increase the income of farmers, increase the income of agricultural production by a large margin and develop healthily with large-scale production as the main way, Sustainable and modern agriculture is an inevitable trend in the development of production. However, the ability of agricultural enterprises to resist risks is poor, and the economic uncertainty is strong. Only a small number of agricultural enterprises will not face an awkward situation of lack of financing in their operations. How to effectively solve the problem of financing difficulties of agricultural enterprises, thereby helping them achieve long-term development, Has become a hot object of concern to both academic and enterprise researchers. This paper reviews the relevant research literature on financing of agricultural enterprises and summarizes the relevant financing theory. The paper takes the Huanghe flood area industrial group as a typical case. This paper analyzes the general situation of the group's operation and the present situation of financing. The internal financing ability of the group is weak; the solvency is weaker than the average level of the industry, the financing scale is limited; the financing channel is single; the lack of collateral; In order to solve the financing problem, the group should carry out the "Internet" project from improving the scientific and technological content of the products and carrying out the "Internet" project, in order to solve the financing problems. Starting with the national strategy of "Belt and Road" and raising the level of infrastructure, the group should comprehensively strengthen the enterprise's own construction, raise the enterprise's profit level, and ultimately enhance its endogenous financing capacity; the group should further broaden its financing channels, Including dredging direct financing channels, trying to finance accounts receivable, financial leasing and other forms of financing; the group should deepen institutional reform, integrate effective assets that can be used for mortgage guarantees, strengthen communication and coordination, and further strengthen the bank's financing channel base. At the same time, improve risk awareness, effective prevention and control of risk.
