“一带一路”背景下的西藏高校教师队伍建设研究

【摘要】：基于"一带一路"倡议背景下西藏高校教师队伍建设的要求,对西藏高校教师数量、学历、职称、学术水平等进行对比分析发现:教师数量少,各类教师比例不合理;学历水平整体偏低;高级职称教师比例略低;教师学术水平低;教师融入性不足,流动性较大。因此建议:(1)建立健全各类型高水平人才引聘机制;(2)鼓励教师参加短期培训与学历继续教育;(3)提升教师职业责任感和民族认同感,继续加大教师保障投入,稳定教师队伍。
[Abstract]:Based on the requirements of teachers' team construction in Tibetan colleges and universities under the background of "Belt and Road" initiative, this paper makes a comparative analysis of the number of teachers, academic qualifications, professional titles and academic level of Tibetan colleges and universities, and finds that the number of teachers is small and the proportion of various types of teachers is unreasonable; The overall educational level is on the low side; the proportion of teachers with senior professional titles is slightly lower; the academic level of teachers is low; the teachers' integration is insufficient. Therefore, it is suggested that: 1) establish and improve the recruitment mechanism for all types of high-level talents. (2) encourage teachers to participate in short-term training and continuing education for academic qualifications. (3) promote teachers' sense of professional responsibility and national identity, and continue to increase their investment in teacher security. To stabilize the contingent of teachers.
