语域理论指导下的《国际承包合同索赔理论与方法》翻译报告

【摘要】：随着经济全球化和“一带一路”的蓬勃发展,中外经济领域的交流日益频繁。索赔报告作为国际土木工程项目经济纠纷的重要载体,其译本的质量对国际土木工程索赔有重大影响。因此,对国际土木工程项目索赔报告英文译本研究具有重要意义。本文从语域理论出发,探讨语域对英文索赔报告翻译产生的影响,指导国际土木工程项目合同索赔报告的翻译,研究其翻译策略。韩礼德在语域理论中将语域分为语场(field)、语旨(tenor)和语式(mode)三个变量,译文应重现原文的语域特征,寻求三个变量的对应。笔者在韩礼德语域理论的指导下,逐一分析语域的三个变量,通过案例分析,采取相应翻译策略,借助翻译辅助工具,获得翻译终稿。通过翻译报告研究,笔者总结了语域理论在翻译国际土木工程项目索赔报告中的重要作用,从而提高译文质量,指导今后国际土木工程项目索赔报告翻译实践。同时,笔者总结了本课题今后的研究方向,希望通过此翻译报告为国际土木工程索赔报告翻译提供新思路。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economic globalization and the "The Belt and Road", Chinese and foreign economic exchanges have become increasingly frequent. The claim report as an important carrier of international economic disputes in civil engineering projects, the quality of translation has a significant impact on the international civil engineering claims. Therefore, translation study has important significance English claim report on international civil engineering projects. This article from the register theory, to explore the influence of register translation claim report English, guiding the international civil engineering project contract claim report translation, study the translation strategies. Hallidy in the register theory will register into the field of Discourse (field), tenor (Tenor) and language (mode) three variables of register the characteristics of translation should reproduce the original, corresponding to seek three variables. The Hallidy register under the guidance of the theory, analyzes the three variables of register, through case analysis, take the corresponding turn With the help of translation strategy, translation tools, translation to obtain final version. Through the translation research report, the author summarizes the important role of register theory in the translation of claim report of international civil engineering projects, so as to improve the translation quality, guide the future of the international civil engineering project claim report translation practice. At the same time, the author summarizes the future research direction of this topic. Hope that through this translation report for the international civil engineering claim report translation to provide new ideas.
