中国与乌兹别克斯坦双方贸易关系研究

【摘要】：中国和乌兹别克斯坦两国自古以来就有着密切的贸易往来,乌兹别克斯坦是中亚五国之间自然资源最丰富的国家,地理位置特殊,与中国的贸易往来频繁,涉及的贸易类别主要有能源贸易、轻工业贸易、机械贸易等等。随着中乌政治关系日渐亲密,乌兹别克斯坦已经把中国提升为全面战略合作伙伴关系,可以看出乌兹别克斯坦对于中国的重视程度。而最新的贸易统计中,中国已经成为乌兹别克斯坦最大贸易出口国家。特别是中国"一带一路"的实施,给乌兹别克斯坦贸易发展奠定了很大的基础。近年来,中乌贸易关系得到了长足的发展,贸易结构与投资合作质量有所改善,为按期实现两国领导人达成的2017年中乌双边贸易额达到50亿美元的目标,中国国际贸易促进委员会愿与乌方一道充分发挥合作机制作用。本文基于乌中两国发展背景和历史文化渊源,首先介绍了中乌两国的经济情况、资源优势、对外贸易以及吸引外资情况,其次,重点论述乌兹别克斯坦独立后中乌双方贸易关系的现状、特点及利好因素,进行两国对外贸易显示性比较优势指数分析,在引力模型理论基础上分析双方间的贸易关系特点及趋势,虽然中乌贸易发展的前景非常好,但是也存在重要问题,最后本文总结了双方贸易关系中存在的问题,比如贸易商品种类差异性不够多,贸易发展不均衡,根据这些问题进行分析,以便于寻找出一个恰当的解决办法,促进中乌贸易的顺利进行,扩大双边贸易额度。
[Abstract]:Chinese and Uzbekistan between the two countries since ancient times has close trade, Uzbekistan is the most natural resource rich countries between the five Central Asian countries, the special geographical position, and China trade frequently, to trade the main categories of energy trade, light industry machinery industry trade, trade and so on. With the Ukrainian political relations increasingly close, Uzbekistan has the China to enhance the comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership, we can see that Uzbekistan attaches great importance to China. Trade and the latest statistics, China Uzbekistan has become the largest trading nation. Especially China "The Belt and Road" implementation, to the Uzbekistan trade development has laid a great foundation. In recent years, bilateral trade relations to obtain the considerable development, trade and investment cooperation quality has improved, to achieve the two countries Reached by the leaders of the 2017 bilateral trade volume reached $5 billion target, China International Trade Promotion Committee is willing to work with Uzbekistan to give full play to the role of the cooperation mechanism. In this paper, the two countries based on the development background and the historical and cultural origins, first introduced the economic situation in Ukraine's resources, foreign trade and attracting foreign investment, secondly after the independence of Uzbekistan, the author mainly discusses the status quo of Ukraine trade relations, characteristics and favorable factors, bilateral foreign trade analysis revealed comparative advantage index, the gravity model theory based on the analysis of the characteristics and trend of trade relations between the two sides, though the trade development prospects are very good, but there are also important problems, finally this paper summarizes the existing problems in the trade relations between the two sides, such as the types of goods trade differences are not enough, the trade development is not balanced, according to these The problem is analyzed in order to find out a proper solution, promote the smooth progress of the Sino Ukrainian trade and expand the bilateral trade line.
