“一带一路”背景下中国与中东欧国家多元合作问题

【摘要】：实现"一带一路"倡议中欧亚大陆的互联互通,中东欧区域是必经之地。2008年国际金融危机以来,中东欧国家普遍面临经济结构调整和基础设施升级的强烈需求。中东欧国家与中国的经贸往来态势良好,在"一带一路"建设中具有诸多优势,合作前景十分广阔。本文从积极搭建经贸合作平台、加强优势产业合作、实施差异化战略及人文交流等方面提出加强中国与中东欧国家多元合作的对策建议。
[Abstract]:The region of Central and Eastern Europe is a necessary place to realize the connectivity of Eurasia in Belt and Road's initiative. Since the international financial crisis in 2008, the countries of Central and Eastern Europe have generally faced the strong demand of economic restructuring and infrastructure upgrading.The economic and trade exchanges between Central and Eastern European countries and China are in good condition, and they have many advantages in the construction of Belt and Road, and the prospects for cooperation are very broad.This paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening the pluralistic cooperation between China and the countries of Central and Eastern Europe from the aspects of actively establishing the economic and trade cooperation platform, strengthening the superior industrial cooperation, implementing the differentiation strategy and the humanistic exchange, etc.
