“一带一路”构想下中希高等教育交流与合作的问题与策略

【摘要】：中国与希腊在高等教育深度交流与合作上具备了一定的政策基础及平台支持,但仍存在诸如留学生规模小,往来数量不平衡;合作办学机构数目少,尚无合作办学项目;人才培养数量不足,滞后于市场需要;科研合作广度不够,深度尚待加强等问题。因此,要重构两国高等教育合作的新型关系,助推"一带一路"建设,需在以下方面进一步提升与改进:适度扩大留学生规模,完善工作学习交流机制;新增合作办学机构与项目,丰富合作办学形式;加强语言类人才培养力度,关注双语专业人才成长;建立中希高校联盟,拓展"海洋学科"的合作研究。
[Abstract]:China and Greece have a certain policy foundation and platform support on the deep exchange and cooperation of higher education, but there still exist such as the small scale of international students, the imbalance of the quantity of cooperation, the small number of cooperative educational institutions, and the lack of cooperative projects.The shortage of talents training lags behind the needs of the market, the breadth of scientific research cooperation is not enough, and the depth remains to be strengthened.Therefore, in order to reconstruct the new relationship of higher education cooperation between the two countries and boost the construction of "Belt and Road", we need to further promote and improve in the following aspects: appropriately expand the scale of international students, improve the communication mechanism of work and study;New cooperative educational institutions and projects to enrich the forms of cooperation; strengthen the training of language talents, pay attention to the growth of bilingual professionals; establish a Sino-Greek university alliance, expand the "marine disciplines" cooperation research.
