【摘要】：正6月15日,由中共黑龙江省委宣传部、光明日报社和黑龙江省社会科学院主办的"一带一路"建设与龙江全面振兴高层论坛在哈尔滨市举行,来自中、蒙、俄、日、韩等国政府外交、商务等人士,知名科研和大学智库专家学者,跨国企业家等代表120余人与会。省委宣传部常务副部长杨殿军作主旨演讲,中国社会科学院副院长李培林、光明日报社副总编辑沈卫星等多国代表先后致辞。杨殿军副部长在主旨发言中指出,"一带一路"战略是国家实施新一轮扩大开放、营造有利周边环
[Abstract]:On June 15, the high-level forum on "Belt and Road" construction and overall revitalization of Longjiang, sponsored by the propaganda Department of the Heilongjiang Provincial CPC Committee, Guangming Daily and the Heilongjiang Academy of Social Sciences, was held in Harbin, from China, Mongolia, Russia, and Japan. South Korea and other government diplomacy, business and other people, renowned scientific research and university think-tank experts and scholars, transnational entrepreneurs and other representatives more than 120 people attended. Yang Dianjun, executive deputy director of the propaganda Department of the provincial party committee, delivered a keynote speech. Li Pei-lin, vice president of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and Shen satellite, deputy editor-in-chief of Guangming Daily, delivered speeches one after another. Vice Minister Yang Dianjun pointed out in his keynote speech that the strategy of "Belt and Road" is for the country to implement a new round of expansion and opening to the outside world and to create a favorable peripheral ring.
