高校本科毕业生赴外深造之路径选择与适应的质性研究

【摘要】：2015年3月,中国政府提出"一带一路"倡议,为我国高校学生的就业选择也带来新的变化,出国留学率也成为就业率的一项重要贡献指数,但随之而来的留学学业生活适应不良的问题也日益凸显。文章以在韩国的中国高学历留学生为案例研究,对在韩国的中国研究生在适应过程中遇到的困难应对情况等进行研究,希望通过这一研究能够对计划赴国外深造及已经在海外的高学历学生在升学选择、学业适应方面以启示、借鉴和帮助。
[Abstract]:In March 2015, the Chinese government put forward the "Belt and Road" initiative, which has brought new changes to the employment choices of Chinese college students, and the rate of studying abroad has become an important contribution index to the employment rate. However, the problem of poor adaptation to the academic life of studying abroad has become increasingly prominent. In this paper, taking Chinese students with higher education in South Korea as a case study, the paper studies the difficulties encountered by Chinese graduate students in Korea in the process of adaptation. It is hoped that this study can enlighten, draw lessons from and help the advanced students who plan to go abroad for further study and have already studied abroad in terms of choice of higher education and academic adaptation.
