知识创新理论下的企业国际化人才培养——基于“一带一路”战略视域

【摘要】："一带一路"战略背景下"走出去"企业普遍面临着缺乏国际化人才的难题,其原因之一是现有国际化人才缺乏知识创新能力。文本从构建知识体系和知识创新机制视角出发,将国际化人才的知识分为显性知识和隐性知识两个维度,核心知识、东道国文化艺术知识、规范性商业知识三类,构建了基于问题中心化、概念专业化、知识模型化、应用方法化四个阶段和八项任务的国际化人才知识创新机制和"叶轮"模式,并从培养机制、培养模式两个方面探索企业国际化人才培养的发展路径。
[Abstract]:Under the background of "Belt and Road" strategy, "going out" enterprises are generally faced with the problem of lack of internationalized talents, one of the reasons is the lack of knowledge innovation ability of the existing internationalized talents. From the perspective of constructing knowledge system and knowledge innovation mechanism, the text divides the knowledge of international talents into two dimensions: explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge, core knowledge, cultural and artistic knowledge of host country, normative commercial knowledge. The innovation mechanism and "impeller" model of international talents are constructed based on problem-centered, concept specialization, knowledge modeling, application method, four stages and eight tasks, and from the training mechanism. Two aspects of training mode to explore the development of enterprise international talent training path.
