【摘要】："一带一路"战略与欧亚经济联盟对接前景广阔,同时也面临着发展阶段差异、利益诉求分化、合作层次较低、营商环境欠佳和制度建设滞后等问题。新时期,应从提升合作层次、推进重点领域合作、创新经贸投资方式和打造互惠合作"升级版"等方面来积极推动。
[Abstract]:The strategy of "Belt and Road" has a bright future with the Eurasian Economic Union. At the same time, it is faced with the problems of different stages of development, differentiation of interest demands, low level of cooperation, poor business environment and lagged system construction. In the new period, it should be actively promoted from the aspects of enhancing the level of cooperation, promoting cooperation in key areas, innovating the mode of economic and trade investment and creating an "upgrade version" of reciprocal cooperation.
